Love staying at Jason’s place in Roseville. Walking distance to groceries, coffee, and quick dining options. Will definitely stay again when when returning to the area.

Very nice property, matched our needs perfectly. Clean, tidy, warm and charming. Equipped with everything you could want. Secure, safe. Our 2 little dachsies loved the back yard. They felty welcome. We loved staying here! The pool is beautiful and the backyard was so fun! There are even horseshoes! The beds were so comfortable. I loved the pour over coffee pot, but there was a pod coffee maker too, but we didn’t use it. I loved that there were bathroom towels AND pool towels. The internet was fast and worked great. Thanks for such a great stay. We feel blessed. Highly recommend a stay here!

This experience exceeded our expectations! Wendy and Richard are the best hosts we have encountered, the space is top notch and well appointed, the view from the balcony is exquisite…close to markets, shops, and great restaurants. If you like to bike like we do, this location is only a short drive to the American River Bike Trail, which is a Class 1 trails/no cars, for 32 beautiful miles one way! We were sad to leave, but will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely lofted one-bedroom guest house! The space was very clean, and the bedroom was large with an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen was fantastic — fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The location is ideal, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood near the river and trails, which was perfect for outdoor activities. The spiral staircase was a bit tricky at first but easy to get used to. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for one or two people. Highly recommended!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay-- so much so that we extended it almost another week! Izzy and Kelby are very professional and passionate about providing a 5-star Airbnb and hospitality experience. The space is thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and we were given all of the essentials (towels, toilet paper, etc) for the duration of our stay. Our cats enjoyed the grassy backyard while we spent time in the pool. Oak Park is a lovely, charming neighborhood and there are plenty of great spots to eat and experience nearby. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend Izzy and Kelby as hosts.

Beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable poolside studio in a lovely residential neighborhood. Lots of food options a short drive away. I can’t say enough about the pool cabana!I’ve stayed in lots of Airbnbs and this one is one of the classiest and most comfortable. It’s tastefully decorated, done with high-end appliances and thoughtful touches, and felt like home to me. The pool view is peaceful and relaxing - sitting by it is even nicer. Tina and Chilli were welcoming and friendly - but I always felt like I had privacy. I’ve never been to Sacramento before but after 3 days in the cabana and exploring the city, I’d definitely like to come back and stay longer!

Spent a few days here during Christmas and there was plenty of room for our toddler to explore, even with it being too cold for the pool. The view was great - could see the snow on the mountains when it was clear. The kitchen was sufficient for small meals but it was not equipped for baking or cooking complex things. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great place - was perfect for a family to get together. The outdoor space was our favorite - the kids swam all day while we relaxed on the shaded patio and cooked on the outdoor kitchen. The home was well stocked and the beds were so comfy!

Great little cottage away from downtown. Quiet and peaceful. Craig is a great host - very responsive, flexible, and helpful. Would stay here again. This was our second time!

Juan was extremely flexible when it came to checking in. Check in was set for 4pm, and I had a car full of boys playing in a tournament that weekend. I asked Juan if we could check in early and sure enough, we checked in early. The house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. plenty of linen and pillows, and sleeping spots. The basketball hoops inside was a big bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home and were sad to leave. The home is clean and well taken care of. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped - all the essentials plus an air fryer, instapot, cookbooks and even a coffee grinder for the freshest coffee in the mornings on the back patio. The backyard is very private also well taken care of. We spent quite a bit of time outside on the patio visiting, watching the birds, smelling the roses and the sweet fragrance of the orange blossoms on the orange tree. We highly recommend this home if you're visiting the area.

Our stay at Suz’s place was fantastic! We were visiting the area for my brother’s graduation and the location was top notch for us and for food/sightseeing. Her place is so close to Old Folsom which was great for shopping/food. It’s also really close to beautiful lake Natoma where we rented paddle boards and a kayak on one of the warmer days to try and beat the heat and explore the beautiful scenery from a different viewpoint. The Airbnb was spotless and the deck was perfect for sunsets and birdwatching. Suz was a very responsive, friendly, and accommodating host. Honestly couldn’t say enough about how wonderful our stay and experience in Folsom was thanks to Suz and her wonderful little piece of paradise. You can’t find another Airbnb in the Folsom area for the price, convenience, cleanliness, and location that Suz’s place offers. 11/10 would recommend this Airbnb!

This home is in a great location and was perfect for 2 couples.

Had a great stay here. Mike was responsive and confirmed a late notice change to the reservation, which was appreciated. Nice and clean on arrival. There’s lots to do just around the house. Felt private even though it’s technically attached to the main home. Would recommend to others for sure.

Sandeep and Pooja’s place was so easy to find. He had clear instructions on how to get inside of the home and was quick to respond, I will most definitely consider staying there once I’m back in town!! Loved it!!

Shu was an awesome host. Her home was beautiful and super clean. She had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms are right next to the bedrooms. It’s a perfect setup. There were 3 couples in my group and we all felt that we had our own little space/privacy. I would defiantly recommend Shu home and I plan on staying there again if I ever go to another event at the casino. Thank you Shu for giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home.
