Great house not far from all the hot spots in Chapel Hill, safe neighborhood, comfortable beds, plenty of room and parking

We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing! The house is beautiful! We would love to stay here again.

My stay at the cottage was better than I could have hoped! I think the description somewhat undersells the home, with its original wood, multiple fireplaces, and cozy charm. The home was peaceful, but centrally located enough to make walking into town very easy. Sarah was communicative, friendly, and helpful. Would absolutely recommend a stay here! My only note would be for taller individuals--given it's an older building there is not a ton of head clearance, particularly in the bedroom.

This was an absolutely gorgeous spot in a beautiful location in Chapel Hill - close to everything but tucked away in a neighborhood that felt like a little forest retreat. The bedrooms were big and beautiful with plenty of space for our suitcases and bags, the bathrooms were sparkling, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee (an essential!) and prep meals. Information on check-in and check-out was clear and sent promptly. Nichole was quick to respond and accommodating when we reached out with a question on the first day of our stay - we appreciate the excellent communication. My son has asked multiple times if we can return and stay in "the very same house!" again soon.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot! This place exceeded our expectations for our family get-together! The space was incredibly accommodating and gave us plenty of room to spend quality time together. The host was fantastic - super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She answered all of our questions promptly, which made everything so much easier. The amenities were wonderful! We absolutely loved the pool - it was so relaxing and perfect for unwinding. But honestly, we spent most of our time in the game room having a blast. It became the heart of our gathering and provided endless entertainment for the whole family. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. You can tell the host really cares about providing a great experience for guests. I would definitely recommend this place to any families looking to get together. It’s the perfect setup for making memories with loved ones. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended for family gatherings! 5/5 stars.

Our 5 night stay was so relaxing and a true getaway. It is such a peaceful setting. We so enjoyed the beauty of the home and the pristine pool. Sitting by the pool and listening to the birds and the breeze through the trees was just what we were looking for. Jodi is an excellent host, very responsive and would check in by text just to make sure all was well. Be sure to visit Saxapawhaw and the general store. They have a great menu with fresh made meals and even take out. Thanks again Jodi!

Our group of three enjoyed this cozy, tidy cottage just a few minutes from Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Would definitely use again. Very quiet neighborhood.

I stayed at the house with friends attending a reunion. I can't tell you what a beautiful, warm, restful place this is to relax and read and chat. There's a parlor with a wall of full-height windows from which you can gaze out at the many tall trees on the property. There's a cozy, well-equipped kitchen and a big table to sit around chatting: lots of non-matching hand-glazed plates and mugs for coffee. There's real art and some family memorabilia on the walls. There's a big screened porch with six rocking chairs. There's plenty of parking, and it's fifteen minutes from the middle of Chapel Hill. There are plenty of comfy chairs and sofas. If you want a beige "country-style" space with matchy everything and breakable antiques, go somewhere else. This is home away from home (except neat and tidy unlike my house).

Beautiful home with even more space than I anticipated. Perfect house for Elon families as the drive is quick and easy.

We stayed in Rebecca's place for UNC graduation weekend, and it was perfect for that weekend occasion. The space is ideal, and the location is convenient and quiet. Three of us stayed in the little house. The facilities are new and super clean. The kitchen has what you need. There is a nice sitting area and living space. Each bedroom is spacious enough with closet room and ceiling fans. You have control of the AC/heater, washer/dryer (brand new), dishwasher, and we had everything we needed--including plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. I loved the spot and neighborhood that was quiet and away from the busyness of the campus area but less than 15 mins from campus events. For any Chapel Hill visits, I would recommend this spot.

Extraordinarily beautiful and comfortable, great beds and other furniture. Enjoyed a family of deer in back while hosting a family meal in the lovely great room. Very close to a forest trail and a great coffee shop. Close to downtown and to a nice neighborhood for walking

We loved our stay. Great place, nice furniture, clean, very comfortable. From providing snacks, candy, and even a bottle of wine, the hosts went above and beyond to make us welcome here.

Victor's was cozy yet spacious. very clean and made you feel at home. exactly as described and well designed.

The house and furniture were artfully configured. Five of us stayed at the house for three nights enjoying each other’s company in the common space. And, although the house is small, it felt spacious at night because the three bedrooms had no shared walls! And the bathrooms were far apart. The kitchen is well stocked and Josh is a gracious host. Responding to emails immediately and helpfully.

Gayathri is a truly wonderful host. Her home is wheelchair-friendly and worked perfectly for our needs. She was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay, going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We had a special request for additional cleaning, and she arranged it without hesitation. We highly recommend staying at Sara's beautiful house. The home is clean, quite, and boasts new appliances and incredibly comfortable beds. The location can't be beat: it's a 5-10 walk from downtown Carrboro, which boasts restaurants, cafe, two major supermarkets, cute shops, etc. Sara is a fantastic host!
