Absolutely perfect stay in Newport Beach! Location, location, location—we didn’t need to drive anywhere because everything was within walking distance: the beach, restaurants, shops—you name it. The Airbnb itself was fresh, clean, and had the perfect balance of feeling like home with the comfort of a hotel. It was stocked with everything we needed for both the room and our beach days. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay! The cottage was perfect and came with extra amenities that made the place even more like home. I loved her soaps and conditioner. I loved Janene’s added touches of comfort such as the citrus from the garden, and snacks. I loved that the cottage had a kitchen. The bed was really comfortable and the water pressure in the restroom was great. The washer and dryer came in handy and she provides beach gear which is super thoughtful! Thanks for being a wonderful Airbnb hostess and being so welcoming!

Daniel is very nice and friendly! House has everything you need, private bathroom, cleaned room, small kitchen you can cook everything you want! You will have your private entrance separated the house and parking. The location is good! Easy to get food and shopping. I would come back here again ;) P.S. bed downstairs was really comfy, I love it!!

Had an incredible experience. A short walk to the beach down stairs and a great walk path along the beach that takes you directly to the pier and downtown restaurants. We walked it the first day and soaked in the beauty and had a great food. The place was prefect! Had everything we needed and Linda was an amazing host! Went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay whether you’re going to Disney or Knotts right in between! Quiet neighborhood, pulling the car into the side was great touch. House was very clean, felt right at home!

Absolutely beautiful space! It almost seems like you’re transported somewhere else, even another time. It was all great! And being one who usually avoids host interactions, Margarita and her husband couldn’t have been more welcoming. 10/10 would reco!

Angela’s place was fantastic! She left a lovely welcome note answering any questions we could ever have and also had an awesome little binder of all sorts of activities we could do and restaurants we could have eaten at (with directions included!) which made everything that much easier. Really thinks of her guests! Thanks Angela!

2nd time staying here. Great place in an awesome location on the Island. Always good to have a private parking spot in an area which is sometimes difficult to park. Kitchen is well equipped and place is overall clean and very functional. Will continue to use it in the future when available.

One word: WOW!!!!! My family and I went on a cross country road trip, and this destination was everything we dreamed of and MORE! My daughter got her “own room,” which she was overjoyed about, and my two little boys, husband and I stayed comfortably in the master bedroom. The private deck/pool was just perfection. I loved how easy this suite was to find and the very minimal traffic on the street. The upstairs neighbors were super quiet and gave us complete privacy. The hosts provided IMMEDIATE responses and assistance. Gorgeous, safe community, with everything we needed in close proximity. We were impressed with the breathtaking flora! We’re adding this spot to our favorites and will be planning our trip back! 🥰🥰

The location was a nice small place to stay. The patio area gives a great view for a nice lunch, dinner, or breakfast. The area is nice and quiet for a little retreat. If you need a place to stay to have a nice weekend at the beach, this works!

This place is honestly super cute and cozy. It’s great for families. I love how each place had its own designated outdoor areas to relax.

Heather and Doug's place is a true gem! Beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches throughout. A wonderful place to rest and recharge amidst the busy So Cal landscape. The bed is comfortable, but on the softer side, if that info matters to you. I've stayed at a lot of Airbnb's, and this is one of the very best I've experienced. Many thanks to them both for putting together and offerings such a lovely space and experience.

I've been an air bnb guest for a few years. This was my favorite spot so far. Perfect location, the patio felt private, very comfortable bed, spot on amenities. Super friendly host!!

This studio is small, but mighty! It was very clean with fresh linen and towels. A full size bathroom with a few toiletry options. A full size bed with comfy pillows. A kitchenette with THREE appliances to use to cook. Even a full size dresser to unpack into to feel more comfortable. So much to offer! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to reserve again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

The space was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what I needed to reset and recharge. Ida was a fantastic host, responsive, thoughtful, and made everything effortless. Location location location!!! This is a perfect place for a stay on 2nd! We never had to uber anywhere. So many shops and restaurants. The beach is a an easy short 10 minute walk. The place is so perfect for 2 and so convenient!! Loved the weekend here and would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent time, and Nick was the perfect host. The location was ideal for our needs and close to wonderful shopping, with an eclectic mix of cafes and restaurants nearby, plus other area attractions for exploring or hanging out. Morning coffee, relaxing on the deck with hummingbirds aplenty, seamlessly added to the ambiance. Cheers to good vibes and a charming place to stay.

This is a great place to say for a couple or an individual. It's right in the heart of Belmont Shore and close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The property is very well appointed, quiet and private. Greg and Diane are awesome hosts. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Long Beach.

Loved everything about this Memory Lane Retreat. The unit was spotlessly clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated, immediately feels like home. Love the separate private entrance away from the main house. The neighbourhood is safe, quiet and beautiful with jacaranda trees in full bloom. Nicole gave clear instructions and was friendly and responsive. Hope to be back!

First time seeing a home with a beautiful setting of palm trees and natural plants around the home. Spectacular views of the hills, the home has a lovely room, kitchen, living room, and balcony. Peace and quiet. The reserved parking space for my car gave me the availability to arrive and leave with ease. The home was very clean and roomy. I am happy with my stay while visiting Disneyland and having to come rest at this home.
