It is 10 minutes to the city center, but there is a convenience store and restaurant in the immediate vicinity. The annex and the cabin have a family bunk, as well as a double bed and two sleeping places in the loft.

The apartment is located downtown with what the city center has to offer in a radius of 50-400 meters. Nearest ski center, Hovden is 600 meters away with access to Oppdals eldorado of ski terrain and lifts. The tenant brings their own towels , bed sheets and sheets. All beds have mattress protector. Soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are in the apartment. The tenant is responsible for their own laundry. 25 year age limit for tenant. Partying and noise are not allowed as this is a condominium with several residents in the building.

Stor tomt, med sol fra morgen til sent på kvelde. Inne finnes stue og kjøkken. 3 soverom 1 etg, samt 2 soverom og loftstue på hems. Hems har ståhøyde på midten. 1 bad, 1 toalett, samt vaskerom med dusj. Alle fasiliteter og WIFI/fiber. Nytt uteområde med 70 m2 platt og innglasset hagestue.
