This property was wonderful!! The views of the lake are second to none! Loved the top and lower decks. Adding a few small things in the kitchen for cooking in would make this place absolutely perfect! Celebrated a 50th birthday and it was close to several great wineries & breweries. The road the house was located on was pretty private. Neighbors were friendly. We would def stay here again. James was a very responsive host and I appreciated that!

Jason was a great host. He warned us immediately of a possible heating issue and got it fixed before we arrived to check in. The house was a perfect fit for my group, we had 4 kids and 3 adults. The kids loved the game room! The house feels homey and it’s just a short walk to the lake. We went and watched the sunset! It was beautiful!

Loved our stay! Sleeping in the boathouse is totally worth the stairs to the main cottage. You can feel and see the family history in the main cottage. Elfi is a great host and we got exactly what she described. will totally stay again when in the area.

This was a great house in a great location. Nearby lots of local restaurants and wineries, and the view was beautiful. The house had lots of space, and was very clean. Pete was very responsive, gave clear instructions, and was very accommodating to our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This lake house was the perfect weekend getaway for our group! The whole house was clean, and had beautiful views everywhere you went. Our weather during our weekend was a bit rainy but having the sauna and all of the games provided still allowed us to have an amazing time! We will absolutely book this house in the future :)

We loved being directly on the water. The lake is steps from the house. A real treat was hearing the loons on the water which was magical. As others have mentioned it was a little tricky to find, but it didn’t take us long to figure it out. This stay was two active couples in our mid-sixties and we had no issues navigating the steps down to the cabin. We were quite comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Very comfortable and clean. Incredible view! Had such an amazing time sipping some coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night on the terrace that over looks the lake. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting an incredible experience to stay right on the water.

Great place right on the lake. Perfect for a relaxing getaway

To say this property is ideally located feels understated. It is situated in the space between the lake and a road that doesn’t experience a huge amount of traffic and is a mere couple of miles from Penn Yan and all of the amenities found there. The views from this property to the lake are just stunning, and anyone staying at this property should be sure to take-in a sunrise. Wow! The lake was unbelievably warm and clear, and the private dock provided easy access for water sports/play. The hosts were thoughtful and communicated well leading up to and throughout our stay. They gave us some great recommendations for places to grab take-out and buy groceries and also suggested many other places to see/go that we just didn’t have the time to pull-off during our stay. Our group of 10 adults was easily accommodated in the 5 bedrooms, and the two kitchens (incl. sink, range, refrigerator, etc) and two laundry facilities were terrific for our large group. The deck overlooking the lake/lakeshore was great and made for a nice expansion for our mealtime seating. A fantastic time was had by all, and we’d have zero reservations about staying at this property again. Great property, great hosts! A+

We had a great stay! We stayed up late into the night just being together in this comfortable, fun space. Coffee in the morning with that view was fantastic.

We just returned from our stay at Twin Oaks cottage over Memorial Day. The property was just as pictured - very spacious, nicely decorated, and super clean! The view was also fantastic. The only issue we had is that the cell phone reception is poor in the area, so it was difficult to communicate from the property- but Randy did inform us of this prior to arrival. Randy was also very responsive and allowed us to check in a bit earlier than expected. This is a perfect property for families or groups of friends looking to relax and enjoy the Finger Lakes!

Beautiful lake views! Pluses: This house is located on a hill across the street from Canandaigua Lake with a boathouse right on the water. 4 bedrooms, 21/2 baths. The house was clean and neat, and the host was always responsive. There is an indoor hot tub in a beautiful back room (though we didn’t get a chance to use it). The house is a pleasant short drive to downtown Canandaigua. Things to note: Unique layout due to the octagonal shape of the house. There is a circular staircase in the middle of the house, but the upper area can also be accessed from the back door at the top of the driveway. There are a lot of rules, but they were easy enough to follow. Security deposit is required, which I have found is not typically the case with Airbnb’s. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our extended family gathering together in this house. It had plenty of room for all of us to sleep, eat and hang out together. The lake frontage was lovely and extra fun with kayaks, fishing gear and an outdoor fireplace to enjoy. When we needed some support with house repairs or amenities, Amy was very responsive and helpful. A great spot to spend a week getting away from it all!

Well equipped cottage with beautiful views. We loved the comfort and how it had everything we needed including the use of kayaks! So many breweries and wineries close by. Highly recommend this place r !

Pam helped to make my bachelorette weekend an incredible one! She was so responsive and helpful as we figured out which vineyards and restaurants we wanted to go to while visiting Seneca lake. She even made sure we were aware of the northern lights being visible the first night we were there. She truly went above and beyond for us. Her bunkhouse was perfect for our needs and so, so beautiful at sunrise! I couldn't recommend this place enough.

It was the perfect place for a girls trip! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We were lucky enough to have a view of the Northern Lights the first night there. Wood was supplied for a campfire and they had a puzzle for us to do on a rainy day. The Finger Lakes are my happy place and this home made my heart sing!🫶

Lori was amazing at communicating with us about some issues we had leading up to our visit. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Anne’s place was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. It was plenty big and had a great kitchen area to cook in. There were plenty of places for family to hang out and plenty of bathrooms and beds. We had a great time! Thanks Anne!

This is our third stay at Danielle's charming lake cottage and we love it! Danielle's communication is excellent and she is extremely responsive. We never had to wonder about anything, she has all the information you need typed up and waiting on the table for you. This home is beautiful and spotless. The kitchen is well stocked, we cooked breakfast and dinner easily. We kayaked each morning and evening with the three kayaks on the property. We had fun afternoons sitting in adirondack chairs on the dock with a glass of wine and a cheese/fruit plate. Keuka park neighborhood is lovely and quiet, great for walks through Keuka College campus. We ended our night with a campfire in the backyard in bright red adirondacks chairs! We will definitely come back and you should too!
