The cottage is an absolutely paradise! Fere and her wonderful family were consummate hosts - very accommodating and communicative, with great local recommendations. The cabin itself is idyllic and the perfect place for a weekend getaway; we couldn’t believe it was just an hour from the city — we really felt like we got the chance to unplug. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with great walking trails and gardens! The cottage is comfortable and spacious, with all the necessities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Amazing perfect location peaceful serene clean location was close to all amenities via your own transportation. Definitely will be come back here next time I travel this way. Enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place and lovely hosts - across from a river and a park, impeccably clean, very comfortable, and some of the best and most welcoming communication ever. Huntsville is a dreamy place with lots of walking trails and restaurants. It was a beautiful late spring getaway.

Peaceful, rustic, and completely off the grid. Just what we needed to slow down and breathe. We spent our time on the porch, watching the sunset paint the sky while listening to the soothing sounds of nature—geese calling in the distance, frogs croaking nearby, birds chirping in every direction. No city noise, no rush—just pure, simple quiet. The perfect place to disconnect and truly recharge.

An absolute 10/10, our weekend here far exceeded our expectations, and that was after we already saw the animal photos. This was truly the most unique Airbnb experience we could've ever imagined, and by far the best. Cleon and Christine did everything they possibly good to make us feel at home and comfortable. There was lots to do on the property with feeding the animals, interacting with them, having a canoe and the pond, playing on the playground and trampoline, a mini-golf and a driving range area, and Cleon even set up a campfire for us. We had made plans to explore the area but abandoned them to spend more time on the farm. Both kids and adults had so much fun connecting with nature! Would not hesitate to go again. If you're reading this review, just go ahead and book this already, you certainly won't regret it!

Kimberley was a fantastic host. The barn was larger than what it appears to be in photos, which is a plus. The space was absolutely beautiful and very cozy. We loved spending time outside on the deck watching her horses graze and petting her dog Jim. She's very easy to talk to and is accommodating. We would love to stay here again ❤️

What a wonderful location to wind down! A peaceful, quiet, and beautiful cabin to enjoy a bit of quiet time with my two children. We especially loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the cattle. Everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend was provided in the cabin :)

Let me start by saying if I could leave 10 stars I would. This loft was exactly as advertised and pictured. The detail put into this rental is second to none. If you want cute, comfy and clean this is the place for you. We have been using Airbnb for only 7 years and this was by far the cleanest rental we have had. The location is absolutely perfect if you are coming to visit the wine country. Centrally located between Niagara Falls and the Old Historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake its a short drive to either. Getting around to wineries and restaurants was a breeze from this location. The loft is so quiet and it was peaceful sitting on the deck and sipping some of our favorite drinks. Zoran is a perfect host and communication was easy. By the way, he is also a great chef providing his guests with delicious breakfasts and not the continental style like a lot of hotels! This is not our last visit to wine country and certainly not the last time we will stay at the Barnhouse Loft.

This is our second visit and we enjoyed it as much as the first time.

We never rented a place on a farm. What a beautiful surprise it was, in the middle of the fields with so many different type of birds, it was an oasis of tranquility that make us appreciate the real nature. The appartement was perfect, super clean with all you need. If you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature you will be very satisfy. On top our hosts were very nice and gave us all kind of tips on the different aspect of the island. Try it you will love it. Merci pour le beau séjour!

10/10 experience!!!!!!! I’m SO glad I found this gem while traveling to Canada for the first time! Beautiful clean historic home and the cat Sebastian was a plus. It was the perfect location for seeing the Falls and checking out Niagara on the lake. Will def book again.

We absolutely loved our return to the porch. Anne and Kris are incredible host who are always welcoming. The porch is the perfect place to relax and unwind. From the moment you walk in, you feel as though you’re stepping into a home away from home. The view from the kitchen window is amazing. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Erica’s house. The location was beautiful and tranquil but still close to many great restaurants and activities. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay here! The cabin was perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The bed was comfy, cabin spotless, we ate our dinner on the deck watching the sunset both nights. We also utilized extra amenities like the hot tub, sauna and dock for fishing/swimming. Pam is very kind and we would definitely come back here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, very functional, and had all the modern amenities we needed. The backyard was a real highlight—beautifully maintained and overlooking a peaceful field. We especially loved the fireplace in the back, which was perfect for roasting marshmallows in the evening. It was also a great space for our 3-year-old to safely play and explore. Everything about the home made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend!

It was a great location to relax and do a few winery tours. Close to a cidery - which was a nice surprise and a beautiful winery / restaurant we could walk / bike to if needed. Lovely area to go for a walk and just relax.

Our stay was more than we could have asked for. This Airbnb is a hidden gem. We’ve been to many Airbnbs all over the world, and I can tell you this one is really special. The garden is very spacious, with friendly little cows in the background. The inside is also spacious thanks to the beautiful high ceilings. The decor and original church aesthetic they kept makes you feel at home. The outdoor annex for extra guests is so cozy and cute!! it really comes in handy if you are more than two. This Airbnb truly has everything a household needs, from bug spray to doggy bags. We’re usually honest and critical about Airbnbs, and we don’t shy away from pointing out things that could be improved, but with this one, we truly have nothing bad to say. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The place is beautiful! Even better than the pictures. The hot tub was so relaxing and the view is gorgeous. Lots of privacy for a quiet getaway. The place is very clean and Jess is a great host. She’s very friendly and responsive and also gives you privacy which we really appreciated. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the host has even thought about the small things! We loved this place and I would definitely recommend it!! We would love to visit again! :)

gorgeous little cabin . it was perfect for our long weekend getaway from the city! hot tubs were fun and we had a few nice meals using the BBQ. Cheryl was very atentive and prompt to answer our questions. she provided us with what we needed for cooking and more fresh water. thank you :)

We had a lovely stay at the Bay’s Breeze! It was clean and had everything we needed for a good stay. The location was peaceful and beautiful—perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. Would definitely recommend!

Our family group had a wonderful stay at Harpreet's place. The property is as-described and photos of the house are accurate. There was a ton of space for everyone to spread out and a great social kitchen/main space setup. The indoor areas were very clean. When we arrived we did have to give the outdoor area a sweep and wiped-down the outdoor furniture ourselves, but that wasn't a big deal. The property backs onto a wetland area, which is beautiful and great for birdwatching. The downside, as others have mentioned, is that there are quite a few bugs. We brought 2 Thermacells and kept them running when we were out on the deck and found this, combined with the netting the host has in place, kept the bugs away and allowed us to enjoy the outdoor space. We did have a minor issue with the BBQ but the host was responsive and everything was resolved quickly. The master bedroom/bath is stunning! Slight drawback for the other bedrooms is there aren't a lot of surfaces for suitcases/bags.

Every detail was so thoughtfully considered, from the extra snacks and bathroom essentials we didn’t even realize we might need, to cozy robes for the hot tub, and even heated floors in the bathroom. The space is incredibly spacious with farm accents that instantly made us feel at home. The king-size bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the hosts stocked the house with everything from board games to a computer, making our stay both fun and relaxing. The outdoor space was just as magical. We spent our evenings soaking in the amazing hot tub, and enjoying private BBQs in the beautifully set up outdoor area. The views were stunning, and the entire property felt peaceful and secluded….a perfect romantic escape. We also got to explore the area: visiting waterfalls, castles, a botanical garden, antique malls, and even Medieval Times! It was a wonderful mix of adventure and rest. Our hosts were incredibly gracious, communicative & kind! A truly wonderful place.
