You will find on our 23 acre homestead farm our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house. Relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub, year around. Enjoy the sounds of nature & experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, & breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, chickens & fish you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, & much more nature. Charming Spacious 2 bedrooms; high ceiling; 8 minutes to downtown or SU. Public trans. near; very close to restaurants, stores, parks & hiking. Queen & full-size beds; living/dining room: 50-inch TV & Netflix. Coffee/tea station; microwave, toaster, blender, stove, refrigerator, & pots, pans and utensils & spices. Crystal wine glasses etc. Fully equipped bathroom. 1 acre garden & parking. Patio to relax. NOTE: stairs are steep and we only have AC in the kitchen. In the bedrooms we have fans.

Strathmore Contemporary Home

Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.

Pet friendly w/ pre-approval. One bedroom Upper apartment with fully equipped kitchen, large living room with roll out sofa, queen size bed in bedroom and bath with clawfoot tub.

Cozy & Quiet Private Syracuse studio

Relax & Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located priavte studio. My humble home is an 10 minute drive to Syracuse university, upstate hospital, VA med center, the 240 bus stop is 13 minutes walking with about 40 minutes to the university by bus. Wegmans grocery store is an 11 min drive and the airport is 16 mins away driving. A short trip from many things to do and places to grab a bite! Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. From your living room, step out onto the grand, columned back porch and stroll through the peaceful gardens. Sip your morning coffee on the patio beside the fountain or under the pergola while enjoying the gas fire pit.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

The living room overlooks the pool and gardens. Also includes garage parking with garage remote. Non smokers only please (total non-smoking home of any kind) Guests staying must be 25 or older. No pets or service animals. Granted exemption from Airbnb due to host's allergies . No visitors, please.
