Check in was a breeze, i am satisfied with my stay. I had the twin room. The bed was comfortable and had a smart tv which was greatly appreciated. There is a Tops supermarket literally a 3 minute walk and you can see it from the kitchen window. Guests did respect the quiet hours so that was also good. The kitchen was clean and very organized with specific area for each room that was labeled so everyone had their own cupboard, & area in the fridge. Laundry was good too in the basement. Overall I would come back but next time I'll try for a bigger room. The entire family was very welcoming and ready to help in anyway which was awesome. thank you so much :^)

I loved staying at Mary’s house. Mary is a great host. I drove from out of town and I arrived really late at night due to many circumstances. Mary was gracious enough to wait for me and welcome me in her house even though it was 11 PM. The house is pristine, the bedding clean, the bathroom spotless, and the bedroom spacious. The house is in a very peaceful and safe location. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again in the future when I visit Syracuse (if Mary has availability).

Cozy Syracuse Private room

This place was affordable and great for walking to a concert at JMA on the campus. While there were college kids partying down the street, the place was pretty quiet. The building is on the older side, but they keep the place tidy and clean. The bed was a bit stiff for my personal preference but I still slept well and felt comfortable in my room. There are good restaurants down the street in quick driving distance. The host was very responsive and had clear directions. If I need to stay in the area again I would come back to this place.
