"Sur Les Roches" gîte, between nature and calm

Our cottage is located in Yvoir, in the middle of the most beautiful villages of Wallonia (Crupet, Spontin, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the main roads (E411-N4), in the Meuse Valley, between Dinant and Namur, close to the Bocq Valley and the Molignée (Maredsous, etc.) and a stone's throw from the climbing area. Our cottage is quiet at the bottom of a cul-de-sac with direct access to the many country roads that cross fields and woods where you can walk or mountain bike.

The Wooden Moon

The Wooden Moon was designed to offer you magical moments of relaxation for two. Everything has been created so that you can make a discreet and quiet entrance and escape in complete privacy while enjoying together the wellness area with the infrared sauna, the spa on the terrace overlooking a green panorama, out of sight and a cocooning corner outside around the fire. Everything is at your disposal so you don't have to think about anything but your well-being.

"Les moutons" Gîte – 8 pers.

Authenticity, quiet, countryside, wood fire, swimming pool... make this 200-year-old blue stone house charming surrounded by a large 26 ares garden. The woods and fields as far as the eye can see surround this small village of 227 inhabitants, part of one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia. In the Molignée Valley, many activities for families and groups are possible; the Abbey of Maredsous, the Draisine, the Château de Montaigle, Dinant Aventure etc.

The "Mountain", quiet and natural next to Dinant

It's worth it, the Mountain. The house is located on a flank of the Meuse Valley. When you take the centuries-old pilgrims' path, you are happy to arrive, breathing at the foot of the Dinant wall. Our family home is there, waiting for you. It was our grandfather who hung it on the rock "to prevent it from sliding down". My brothers and I decided to keep it and occasionally open it to other lovers of the region.

Située à Falaën, un des plus beaux villages de Wallonië, notre gîte rural fraîchement rénové vous accueille entre amis ou en famille. Vous disposez de plus de 150 m carré d'espace. La maison est composée de 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain (douche) & un WC séparé. Notre village est situé à quelques kilomètres de Maredsous et son abbaye ainsi que de Dinant. Nous parlons français et anglais.

This unique holiday home is located on the outskirts of Ermeton-sur-Biert next to a wooded area. Due to the openness of the house, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the fields in peace. This is the ideal place for both a quiet and an active vacation or weekend. The property is rented in 3 formulas: midweek (Mon 4pm to Fri 1pm) weekend (free 4pm to Sun 1pm) week (midweek+weekend)

Pleasant garden, original brabecue... the house is very comfortable , we always want to improve. The owner reserves the right to request and provide a communal tourist tax imposed by the municipality.
