Great family stay for three generations. Local beaches are close by and all amenities you could need are not far by car. Shops for essentials are within easy walking distance. Something to do in all weathers

Six of us stayed here to celebrate a family birthday. The house is a beautiful quiet villa with lots of space for everyone and great communal spaces in the dining room, lounge, and large outdoor deck. It was perfect for what we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a bonus and the views are superb. The only minor disappointment was that the listing specified a coffee maker and there wasn't one which was a bit sad for the five coffee afficionados but the local cafes benefitted! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Sue’s place is exactly as described on the listing. Bedrooms are all generous in size and beds are very comfortable. Essentials such as salt / pepper were all supplied and we took the option to pay extra to have the linen included which was super convenient. Woolies is a 5 min walk away and also the Ostend Markets (Saturday mornings). Sue is super helpful and very responsive - I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely host, beautiful home, had no dramas locating and finding the key, space was clean and tidy for us, very satisfied with our stay :)

Coming from a busy town, my partner and I wanted a getaway from all the noise and just the busy lifestyle that we have and the chalet was the perfect place for us to stay at and recharge mentally before getting back to reality. The privacy that you get as well as the surrounding of the beautiful nature was a bonus for us too. Definitely would recommend to those that need this kind of getaway or just a peaceful getaway in general. If you get the chance to meet the hosts, Charles and Nikki, they’re very welcoming and lovely people too!

Awesome place, not often you find a home with a backyard like this one. My son loved running around, and had a great time in the spa. I appreciated the covered outdoor area, well suited for dining. The large living area was great for wheb my brother and his kids came by for dinner. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Understated elegance, luxury all wrapped together with threads of home, like your own home. We all love it, especially the kids. The view at night looking over the bay from the hot tub above the third level, you enjoy a view of lights glistening from the city beyond the waters of the bay below. We loved morning and evening walks to beach nearby, we loved it all. If you are anywhere in the area, stay here. You won’t regret it! Hosting was perfect; responsive when needed and invisible when not needed. “How accurately did Grace describe their place?” The picture on the website does not show the true beauty and setting of this home. The best view we found all the time we spent in North Island was from the living room here…or the bedroom here…or the hot tub here! Grace, show more pics!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Rick’s house. We had a fantastic stay. The house was amazing and had everything you would want and more. Rick was a great host, very quick to respond with any queries. I look forward to returning.

The place was beautiful, very clean and had plentiful supplies. We did not need to bring much items from home making it very convenient. We even left one of our belongings behind however the host was very responsive and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. 10/10.

This place was a little tricky to find BUT Viv was there for check-in and helped us out so much. She was responsive with her communication and made us feel at home. The small backyard was beautiful and the inside was cosy and comfortable.

Fantastic location with direct park access. The most wonderful deck with great views- a joy in summer. Please note: this place doesn’t have an oven or a freezer and the bathroom is tiny, but we managed to make this place our home for a month during renovations. It may not be the ritz but it certainly does have character and a super accommodating host (with the friendliest, loveliest dog- Ziggy is definitely a highlight)

The garden apartment was lovely and well furnished. Celia went above and beyond in responding to our questions and stocking a few groceries for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and the quiet neighborhood so close to Mission Bay and downtown Auckland. Buses were nearby and easy to get to with a short hike. And the backyard was great to relax in and listen to the birds.

We had the most fantastic stay! Allison was incredibly responsive and friendly. The location really stands out. It is front row with lovely unobstructed views and restaurants in both directions, yet it is still private and peaceful. Honestly, we felt privileged to be able to stay in what is clearly a very cherished family holiday home.

If you're looking for a chic apartment in downtown Auckland for a couple or on your own, then this place ticks all your boxes. Fabulous shopping, restaurants and cafes right almost on your doorstep not to mention the ferry terminal almost across the road and Britomart transport hub almost next door. Saying, that it is quiet for an inner city apartment. Lloyd is very friendly and responsive and has great taste in furnishing and art! Just a cool place and location and would highly recommend.

This is our second time to live here.We feel better that last time!Karin prepared milk and fruit for welcoming us when we got there.We had a really good time there ! We will miss Karin’s house and family!

The place was beautiful as described. The walk up is a bit steep if you’re not used to hills but the view made it worth it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and well equipped for a longer stay as well.

We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Loved the peace and quiet and a very clean beach. We are sure to come back soon. 101% recommended! Thank you Ian for sharing your lovely home and space with us🙏

Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! Beds are very comfy and great shower too ! We also want to thank our hosts for the quick responses and flexible check in ! Many, many thanks !

What a wonderful place to stay! We were travelling with our 1 and 3 year olds and Natalie’s place was perfect. The pool and trampoline, and a little pack of fun things Natalie put together for the kids, kept us all happy and feeling very much at home. The house and yard are even nicer than the pictures, and the location is amazing. Thanks for everything.

Charming apartment in a great spot to see Auckland.

Helen and Jack were both delightful! My two young kids and I came in late, after a canceled flight from the US. Communicating with Helen relived my stress from traveling. We felt at home. It was lovely!

We had a great stay! The apartment is so close to coffee shops and restaurants and just a 15 minute walk to the harbor. Our kiddo loved having his own tiny room. We did have a car and made sure to get the smallest vehicle available due to the Airbnb recommendations and we are glad we did, it worked out fine though and it was nice to have a safe place to park.
