Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbors. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

Frederic's home is a hidden gem in the heart of the beatiful Labenne! The house is just a perfect size for a family with kids. It is about 15 walking minutes and 4 driving minutes away from a magnificent beach. The Labenne beach is the cleanest and most non-commercial beach we have ever been to. We enjoyed every second of our stay in Frederic's home and in Labenne area. The house has everything a family needs for a perfect vacation: spacious living room, comfortable bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. And on top of that you have a gorgeous garden. The home is tastefully decorated which makes the stay even more relaxing. Definitely recommend!

We stayed with three couples for a week in Isabelle's house. The garden is very cozy and quiet. The house itself is not overly spacious for 6 people, but certainly large enough and all necessary amenities are available. Good base for day trips to the sea. The communication with Isabelle went very well and smoothly. Recommended!

Very good stay at Clo and Alex's. A very good location to be in peace. This stretch of water is also very peaceful. The bungalow is very comfortable and large with good bedding. I would recommend it in a second.

We were very warmly welcomed by Bruno and Karin. Karin was able to give us some good excursion tips. In the house there is everything, even two older bicycles for small excursions. The pool was very nice and also warm. The whole house is very nice and friendly. We were 2 families and felt very comfortable there. A good starting point for a beach and surfer vacation. But it's also not that far to San Sebastian or Bayonne.

Thanks to Bernadette and Stéphane because we had a great family vacation. The house is very nice and well-equipped. Ideal for us. A holiday in the countryside with animals, just as we like them. Tranquility assured. Very relaxing vacation as we wanted, especially with a 2-month-old baby. We appreciated that the house was equipped for the little one. Bernadette is a very nice and friendly host, attentive to her tenants. We hope to return next year. Just a tiny downside for the path that leads to the house. We would recommend this house. And thank you again.

Mike is a great host. I recommend it. everything is optimized in the studio, so ideal for a couple. The view of the port is slightly obstructed by a barrier that does not appear in the photos, but this allows greater security especially for those with children. Parking is a real plus As well as the super restaurants downstairs. In short, thank you Mike!

Great stay, very helpful and responsive host. The space was clean and tidy. Traveling with a baby, everything was planned. (changing table, high chair, umbrella bed, etc.) We would recommend this listing and host.

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

The location is excellent, 3 minutes from the beach. It has a parking space next to it, very convenient. Perfect apartment for 2-3 people, with all amenities, terrace overlooking the port. Wi-Fi connection would be appreciated.

Frédéric's villa is a dream! The garden is paradisiacal and the location is perfect for relaxing. The house is huge and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. Frédèric is a great host who not only gives great excursion tips, but welcomes his guests with all the nice gestures (welcome baskets with jam, coffee, cake, etc.). Thank you very much for this little paradise!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

Lovely very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, good bedding. Very quiet development. Close to Hossegor and Seignosse, their beaches and restaurants! Less than 1 hour for Bayonne and Biarritz. Not to mention Spain! We made the most of our week!

We recommend this apartment with sea view. Magical! It is perfectly located and very clean. We had a great time in Avignon. Céline is lovely and available for any questions. The little extra: being able to eat on the terrace while seeing and hearing the waves. We'll be happy to go back.

Very pleasant stay! Very warm hosts! The accommodation remains cool even in hot weather. Very well equipped and I have rarely seen an Airbnb accommodation so clean. I recommend it!

A very nice, functional accommodation in a quiet location in the middle of nature. Vincent greeted us and was very friendly, he even got seat cushions for the chairs. We also received good tips for eating out. Overall a very nice stay, I recommend this accommodation.

A small house, cozy, with a great outdoor area and close to the beach. Perfect for us to surf... Shops and restaurants are easily accessible by bike or car... We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.
