This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. You can enjoy good beaches and hike in the island's forests and out on the beach meadows. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the old woodcutting workshop. The house has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In total, the house is 40 square meters with its own terrace and access to the garden. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

The Old Smithy. Ørbæk

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
