Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Bjørnegården by the Great Belt

Bjørnegården is an old beautiful farm, carefully renovated with respect for the history of the house. It is perfect for a cozy family reunion, a small wedding, a small company event or something completely different. It contains 7-8 rooms, a large country kitchen, a dining room with the possibility of small tables and a long table with up to 20 diners, 3 toilets with bath, a fireplace and a TV room. There are 3 bikes and two kayaks on site and outdoors there are good barbecue areas (two large gas grills) and many terraces.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. The guest house is well suited for a night or two for guests passing through. Many choose the place as a quiet stop on their journey. Guests can check in without a host. Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms. Amenities include: billiards, darts, and foosball in the henhouse (unheated), a grand piano, toys, an espresso machine, and a large garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests are responsible for final cleaning. Electricity consumption is settled at DKK 2.30/kWh (about DKK 40-50 per day at normal consumption).

Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this gently renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace overlooking the water. In the summer, you can rinse off the saltwater under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.
