Waterfront holiday rentals in Omiš

This was one of the most awesome locations we have ever stayed at. It is right on the water and by right on the water I mean that the water laps your feet the moment you walk outside. It is also perfectly situated in town within walking distance of everything including the best beaches.

Je suis venu passer quelques jours avec ma mère dans le Logement de Tafra, c’était un super Airbnb avec une vue incroyable. La piscine et le spa sont un vrai plus. Le logement était très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans Nous avons déjà hâte d’y retourner.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartement. The nearest beach is just down the main stairs at the end of the road, within two minutes by foot. This is also where the waterfront is located with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, boat rentals and other fun outdoor activities. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and offers privacy. The views from the main balcony are stunning. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and her parents, who live in the same building, were very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Gorana's apartment. It is spacious, calm, clean and has everything you need. The view of the sea is amazing and the pebble beach is a few minutes' walk away. It is a 25 - 30 minute walk into town, but in return for that you get a quiet and peaceful environment. There are several good non-touristy places to eat within 10 - 15 minutes - the Skipper pizzeria, with great views of the marina, is particularly good. The Meštrovic Gallery and chapel are a few minutes' walk away and well worth a visit. Overall, a very nice place to stay on our first visit to Split.

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Just a wonderful apartment, perfect distance from the lovely town of Jelsa, nice and quiet and with immediate access to the water. Bojana is a wonderful host, incredibly generous and kind, she quickly felt more like a friend than just a host. We would love to come back. If this apartment is available for your stay then book it now!

Wow! First of all, the house is right next to the sea with a gorgeous patio and breathtaking views. You enter through a stunning garden, up a few steps to the terrace with the garden view and then enter to a spacious, airy space that has nice decor and everything you need. Beautiful beaches are just steps away. Walk around the corner to the harbor and a choice of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops. Postira is a charming, historic, clean island village. I would absolutely visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Un petit bijou! Quel plaisir de sejourner chez marja. Un petit logement extremement propre, très joli, décoré avec beaucoup de gout. La terrasse est adorable et en 3 pas ( oui oui 3 pas) on est sur la petite plage juste devant.le bonheur! Le bar a cocktail jouxte la maison, on y a bu d’excellenets piña colada. La taverne le poseidon a 3 minutes a pieds sert un poisson frais delicieux cuit au feu de bois et il y a aussi une pizzeria tres proche qui vend des pizzas tres peu cheres.on sent une ambiance familiale ou toutes les familles se connaissent et se rassemblent a la plage et au bar. Si vous n’aimez pas ce type d’ambiance passez votre chemin.le bar ferme a minuit. ça n’a pas du tout été une gêne. Le plaisir d’aller se baigner devant chez soi au reveil, ou en fin de journee quand le soleil se couche est incomparable. C’etait les 3 derniers jours de notre voyage, apres avoir beaucoup visité pendant 12 jours, ce fut un reel enchantement de sejourner chez marja pour finir en beautè.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Wir waren sehr begeistert, das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Waren sehr überrascht was alles schon vorhanden war. Außerdem muss man die Lage hervorheben, man fällt aus der Tür und befindet sich direkt am Strand und an einem Restaurant. Ein laden befindet sich 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, alles wurde wunderbar beschrieben. Das Einchecken per Schlüsselbox war ebenso sehr einfach und flexibel. Insgesamt waren wir sehr begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Wow, what a beautiful home in a beautiful location. From arriving until we left Dubravka was always to hand and super friendly. She recommended many restaurants and places to visit in the area. We will definitely come back. And thank you for the lovely cake on arrival ❤️

Majutaja oli väga sõbralik ja abivalmis. Soovitas lähedal asuvaid häid söögikohti ja vaatamisväärsusi. Elamiseks oli kõik vajalik olemas. Konditsioneer töötas väga vaikselt, ei seganud magamist:) Armas väike koht mere kaldal.

Vi var ett sällskap på 10 personer, 7 vuxna och 3 barn, som spenderade 1 vecka i huset i början på juni. Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka och huset erbjöd allt vi behövde. Huset har väldigt bra planlösning med sovrummen separerad från övriga ytor, väl utrustat med allt man behöver, flera toaletter och ett fantastiskt läge. På övervåningen är nästan som en egen lägenhet som var perfekt för en av familjerna att bo. Utomhusområdet med pool, pingisbord, utekök, matplatser, liten lekplats och solsängar är väldigt bra och har en otrolig utsikt. Vi spenderade den mesta av tiden i huset och det blev många timmar i den fina poolen. Vi var på några utflykter, bland annat Split och Omis. Fina platser som det var kort resväg till med taxi eller Uber. Vi gick ner till byn, ca 1 km, varje dag för att handla men även för att bada i havet och äta på den lokala restaurangen, väldigt fint och trevligt. Det var helt enkelt en fantastisk vecka och Jasna med familj var väldigt bra värdar.

A truly wonderful house to stay in. Great hosts. Beautifully presented. Great little private sea swimming and loungers area. Lovely pool too. Restaurants near by, short drive. We had an amazing time

This was an amazing stay! Exactly what I was looking for- private, peaceful and beautiful. The view was amazing from the room and then you go down to the private beach and its just serene. On the way down to the beach Damir let us feed the tortoises! Might be silly but that was definitely the highlight they are so cute. We really appreciate this experience and recommend everyone to come stay if you are looking for relaxation. I will warn though you should probably rent a car for this stay, its better so you can come and go as you please and not wait so long for public transportation. We also enjoyed driving around the mountains and seeing the Centina River Canyon and its not a bad drive to Split and other places!

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

Everything was so nice with this place! The house’s owner was Marko’s dad and he was very helpful, friendly with everything. He checked us in and gave us simple helpful instructions, he also prepared a fruit plate and 2 beers for our arrival, that was already the cutest! He invited us for wines and checked on us if everything was good. We also had a really nice breakfast in his place one morning. He made this experience better. The house is very modern and tidy, everything was very clean. You have a personal parking spot for yourself and the house has 2 terrace with incredible views. Thank you for everything, sehr gerne wieder!

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Prva komunikacija nam je pokazala da zasluzeno imaju status Superhost. Slucajno sam otkazala rezervaciju bez povrata novca, te je Maja zvala korisnicku sluzbu kako bi se to rjesilo. Komunikacija s Majom je bila savrsena, dobili smo sve upute kroz poruke cak i u PDF. Smjestaj je lahko naci, jer je odmah uz cestu i plazu. Plaza je savrsena za malu djecu, moze se kolicima, te je more kristalno cisto. Mjesto je mirno i savrseno za odmor. U blizini imaju 2 kafica da roditelji naprave predah i samoposluga. Blizu je Splita i Omisa za posjetiti autom. Osiguran je parking cak i nakon check outa. Moguce je dogovoriti vrijeme Chek in i outa. Tu postoji sve za djecu, krevetac igracke itd. Sve je besprekorno cisto. U dvoristu imate rostilj. Kuhinja je potpuno opremnjena, osjecaj je kao kod kuce. Maja misli na sve pa cak ima i knjigu sa svim uputama. Imamo rijeci hvale za kvalitet smjestaja, preporucujemo ga prvenstveno zbog kvaliete ali i zbog dobrih domacina. vracamo se opet

Waren das 1.Mal in der Gegend, für ein Paar mit kl Hund gut passend. Alles war wie beschrieben, Strand und Restaurants in 5min fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht, tolle überdachte Terasse, parken war direkt vor der Wohnung möglich. Luka war immer erreichbar und hat gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Sehr nett und freundlich. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt und vor allem die saubere Küche und da Wohnzimmer haben uns sehr gefallen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Split, aber auch die umliegende Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
