Holiday rentals with a patio in Omiš

We had the most wonderful time at Durdica's amazing apartment. We were warmly met by her niece who showed us around the apartment and was easily contactable throughout our stay if we needed her. She gave us a great recommendation to go to the Fishermen's night on the harbour! The apartment really is as amazing as it looks in the photos and more spacious than we were expecting. The fantastic views are just as good from the inside as they are from the lovely large balcony. The apartment is beautifully furnished and super clean. It took us about 10 minutes to walk down into Makarska, but slightly longer on the way back up the hill. It's only the last 5 minutes that are really quite steep. It was great having a parking space inside the garage as parking in Makarska (and along the coast) was quite expensive. Makarska itself was beautiful with many old streets and a lovely promenade. We were able to walk for miles directly from the door. We highly recommend the apartment and the location!

Unser Urlaub in Pisak war herrlich, auch aufgrund der schön gelegenen Wohnung. Mehrere kleine Strände sind unmittelbar und fussläufig schnell erreichbar. Sie waren wenig frequentiert und von schönen Felsen und Baumbestand umgeben. Einfach traumhaft. Das Wasser war Kristallklar und schimmerte türkisblau. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlte auch nichts an notwendiger Ausstattung. Zur Begrüßung überraschte uns Mario mit einem Teller Schinken und Käse und einer Flasche Wein. Dank der Klimaanlage waren die Temperaturen nachts in Ordnung, man sollte nur darauf achten, die Tür zum Schlafzimmer immer ganz geöffnet zu lassen, da sich das Gerät im Flur befindet. Eine Mückennetz befindet sich nur am Schlafzimmerfenster, eine Mückentüre zum Balkon, wäre noch eine kleine Anregung. Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, den wir nur weiterempfehlen können!

Spędziliśmy bardzo miłe wakacje. Josef, właściciel, jest bardzo miły. Zaraz po przyjeździe poczęstował nas Rakija.czuliśmy się tam bardzo komfortowo i mile widziani. Apartament w którym byliśmy idealnie skrojony pod rodzinę 2+4. Plaża blisko. Restauracja i 2 Małe sklepy 2 min spacerkiem. Grill do dyspozycji . Jedynym minusem jest wjazd który jest stromy i wąski . Przy wiekszym aucie typu Renault Trafic trochę trzeba się napocić przy wjeździe. Ogólnie polecam i na pewno byśmy chcieli tam wrócić.

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé, čisté a svěží. Velice pohodlná postel, luxusní koupelna a sprchový kout a nádherná kuchyně, která navíc obsahovala i základní suroviny (olej, sůl, pepř ale i čaj a kávu) což bylo velmi nápomocné. Voda z kohoutku byla pitná. Výhled z apartmánu na přístav byl nádherný a bylo možné si jej užít na prostorné terase. Pláž byla vzdálená opravdu jen pár kroků a na přelomu května a dubna byla zcela prázdná. Nejde nezmínit hostitelku Melanii, která je duší apartmánového domu a udělá vše pro to, aby jste si mohli odpočinout. Moc děkujeme!

Ines was very responsive with messaging and always happy to help. The apartment has an incredible view which can be enjoyed from the hot tub in the sun during morning time. Ten minute drive from split. Would recommend to a friend and very much hope to return

This place was perfect for our stay! Very close to Hvar and the host was the most helpful with check in.

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. From the moment we arrived with cold drinks and fruit waiting in the fridge, to even the ac being on, nothing was overlooked. Beach towels and all varieties of coffee, tea, entry items and even useful items in the bathroom. The location is so beautiful, walking around the neighbourhood and down to the beach was something we looked forward to daily. There’s also a grocery store and produce stands right across that were very useful. Omiš is a short drive and such a charming town full of stores restaurants and cafes. Overall we had the most incredible stay and can’t wait to come back.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Vi var tre kvinnor som bodde i detta fina boende. Omgivningarna var så otroligt vackra och det var mycket fridfullt. Vi grillade en hel del i utegrillen och dagen efter så hade Petars pappa städat undan askan. Han var även generös med lokala gåvor såsom fikon, körsbär, sallad, vin, som vi njöt av. Petar svarade alltid snabbt på våra meddelanden och var till stor hjälp, alltid trevlig ton och tillmötesgående. Vi fick tips om både badställen, matbutiker mm. Vi vill varmt rekommendera detta boende och värdskapet. Och vi kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka.

We had an amazing stay at Nikola's place! Great views, plenty of privacy, and the perfect space to enjoy for large groups. Still easy to access other areas of Split via taxi. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Een heerlijke oase van rust. Je hoort niets anders dan de geluiden van de natuur en het uitzicht verveelt nooit. Je waant je in de middle-of-nowhere, maar bent voorzien van alle gemakken en je rijdt met de auto met 40 min. naar alle leuke dorpjes.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, wo alles gut erreichbar ist. Marko ist ein super netter Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend, herzlich und immer für eine Empfehlung/einen Tipp zu haben 👍🏻 Die Villa ist gut gepflegt und sauber.

Wow! What a villa! If you want a peaceful, private, idyllic setting for a holiday then look no further. The pictures simply don’t do this property justice! Petra was helpful throughout and very responsive - an amazing host! Excellent facilities including private pool and outdoor cooking area perfect for 4/5 people! A car is essential as the property is high on a mountain side, which can also attract a few clouds in the mornings - but doesn’t impact your holiday at all. We had an amazing holiday and would recommend this property to anyone! Thank you Petra & Family for the opportunity to stay at your wonderful villa! The Winter Family x

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

Everything was so nice with this place! The house’s owner was Marko’s dad and he was very helpful, friendly with everything. He checked us in and gave us simple helpful instructions, he also prepared a fruit plate and 2 beers for our arrival, that was already the cutest! He invited us for wines and checked on us if everything was good. We also had a really nice breakfast in his place one morning. He made this experience better. The house is very modern and tidy, everything was very clean. You have a personal parking spot for yourself and the house has 2 terrace with incredible views. Thank you for everything, sehr gerne wieder!

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Dijana und Dragan waren supernette Hosts, haben mir sehr freundlich Orientierung über die Möglichkeiten rundum gegeben und waren mit allem behilflich. Sie waren immer erreichbar und wir hatten einen wirklich netten Kontakt. Sie stellten mir auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung, mit dem ich gut die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Der Platz gab mir viel ruhigen Freiraum und der Blick von dem wunderbaren Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Das kleine Studio ist liebevoll und sauber hergerichtet. Der Ort bietet nette Möglichkeiten zu essen und es gibt einige schöne Strände. Perfekt für ein paar schöne Inseltage.

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

Très bon accueil de Goran et nous a fait visiter lui même l’appartement. Petit mais très bien équipé avec grille pain et balcon. Sommes à 1 heure de marche du centre historique mais navette gratuite 4 fois par jour à 3 minutes ou autobus tout près. Très tranquille! Nous avons adoré.

Idealny pobyt w Dugi Rat w apartamencie Mireli. Było bardzo czysto, wygodnie i cicho. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna z plażą, sklepami oraz restauracjami oddalonymi o kilka minut spacerem. Mirela jest bardzo miłą i pomocną gospodynią. Zdecydowanie polecam jej mieszkanie.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen getroffen wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Ufer und das Meet war jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken ein Highlight. Das Meer ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch die Fähre nach Split ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Strände. Niki hat uns einige Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem war er für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
