House holiday rentals in Omiš

Tonci's accommodation is a hidden gem. The approach is very steep and due to a bottleneck, it is recommended to use a small car (we rented a VW Polo and a Renault Capture). However, the hardships are definitely worth it! We were greeted around 8:30 pm by Tonci personally. He had provided a small cheese/sausage platter and showed us the apartment. Contrary to the statement that there was no hot water, there was some, you just had to turn the boiler switch. The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures. Up in the mountains, you have a lot of privacy. The nearest neighbors live a good 60m away. Tonci came by about every three days to maintain the pool (refill chlorine tablets and measure water level). While the pool was being refilled, there was time for questions about the surroundings and small conversations. We more than enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this accommodation.

Perfect stay at 17A! The villa is in beautiful surroundings and so peaceful - don’t be put off by the entry road - it isn’t sealed with tarmac as it probably would be in the UK but the villa is worth it when you get there. Car is a must as it says in the villa information on Airbnb - roads are not suitable to walk along. Flew to Split - 45mins/1hr transfer and about 30mins to Split city centre. Eldar was there to greet us and allowed us an earlier check in time. He gave us some local info regarding supermarkets and restaurants which was very useful. The villa was exactly as described and very clean. Beautiful views from the terrace and swimming pool. Outdoor kitchen area was great for bbq. Gym was well equipped and we made good use of it. Omiš is the closest town - plenty of restaurants/activities to book/couple of supermarkets. Eldar was very responsive during our stay if needed and on departure arrived early for us to check out due to early flight time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

We had a great time in our Airbnb in Split. The area is beautiful, the villa is spacious and stylish, and there is a lot to do and see nearby. To get to the house a car is really necessary as was clearly stated in the advertisement so we were glad we had arranged a rental car. Anka and her family were incredibly hospitable, always easily accessible and helped us excellently where necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a brilliant stay here - the house and garden are perfect and Marina is a 10/10 host.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

If you enjoy peaceful surroundings out of the city this is the place for you! It was clean, simple and beautiful for a restful few days after exploring the area. And I was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. I highly recommend this home!

We had an wonderful stay at Villa Magic View! The surroundings and especially the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and playroom very much. Because this is a new neighborhood the ubers sometimes had a hard time finding us but it always worked out in the end. We recommend renting a scooter to get up and down the hill easily but walking it is also a option, a little cardio :) I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy yourself in a luxorious villa. We will definetly come again.

This secluded cabin is a true gem! We feel lucky to have been able to spend a week here and absolutely loved every minute. Kole helped us get situated and provided a box of fresh and tasty farm veggies. We like to cook and grilling in the well-stocked and beautifully made outdoor wood oven was a treat. Spending lazy days swimming off the dock and reading on the outdoor terraces was incredibly relaxing. The cove has a number of boats coming in during the day but is tranquil and quiet at night.

We are a family of five and had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, fully equipped, and located in a peaceful and scenic countryside setting. The hosts were truly exceptional – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even brought us the best cherries we've ever tasted, along with delicious homemade pastries. They live nearby and kindly helped us arrange a river rafting trip that turned out to be one of the highlights of our holiday. It felt like a genuine local experience, not like typical tourism. A car is essential, but it’s only a short drive to Omiš. We also highly recommend trying the zipline there! Thank you for everything – we’ll gladly give you the best rating possible.

We enjoyed staying at Luka's place very much. The apartment has a prime location right on the beach. Due to the proximity to Omis, you can also make beautiful excursions in the region and eat well in Omis. Communication with Luka worked without any problems and was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful stone house with magnificent view over the sea. Very tastefully decorated. A little off the beaten track - a car is therefore highly recommended. Jovana is a great host and responds quickly. Highly recommended!

Our family had the most wonderful week at Villa Lipa. Duje and his parents made us feel very welcome in their lovely house with the most magnificent view over the mountains. They always answered our questions fast and helped us regardless of what we needed assistants with. The house was lovely with the jacuzzi, and we appreciated that you had several different cozy places outside to hang in for dinner, drinks, breakfast, card games and barbeques. There was always a perfect spot. The garden was well kept, and we could even pick grapes and taste fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We could park the car just outside the house, you will need a car if you stay here but the beaches are still close and other attractions as well. Here we relaxed and had a wonderful stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Lipa any day.

We have just finished our stay in Duče. The apartment we stayed in met our expectations, it is located near the beach, which is undoubtedly the attractiveness of this. Location. Quick exit to the beach without the need to drive and think about a parking space. A walk along the seashore to the nearby picturesque town of Omiś. We stayed a full week at Josip's place and have quite a few positive thoughts about the accomodation and the communication with Josip. First thing is the cleanliness. Everything is spot clean and well organised. This is surely the first thing one cannot not notice upon arrival. Towels and bed linen were provided. Even got bigger towels for use at the pool. The pool is of pretty decent size and is very nice and clean. Feels like being at a pool of a 4-5* hotel (but then for 4-8person)! The garden has a big walnut tree that provides plenty of shades during very sunny and hot days. This is also where we mostly sit when having a BBQ lunch/dinner. For whoever is looking for a lot of privacy, Josip's place is pretty much screaming that. Josip is a very helpful and proactive person and will go the extra mile to provide you with recommendations and tips to make your stay even more enjoyable. He is super responsive and available when in need

Very nice and large accommodation with private pool. Everything you needed was at the accommodation, super smooth check-in and check-out and very nice host! Everything was also clean and the rooms were large and fresh.

What a nice house, swimming pool, terrace and stunningly beautiful views. We greatly enjoyed the privacy, the sea in front of the house and the rocks behind it. We also liked the peace and quiet and the beautiful whistling of the birds. We felt very welcome, Tonci and Filka received us very pleasantly. A filled refrigerator was ready to get through the first day well. The kitchen has all the comforts. Nice bed and lovely terraces. Everything super clean and good. The road you drive to get to the house is a challenge the first time, but you get used to it. It is also nice that the local users take you into account. We have had a holiday to remember. Maja's house is beautifully located, on a hillside overlooking the sea, the islands of Hvar and Brac and mountains. We were traveling with the dog and could take many beautiful walks from the house. The house is well furnished and the icing on the cake is the huge pool, where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Maja welcomed us warmly and was always available for questions.

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

We had a very nice stay at the villa! The villa is located in a quiet area where everything is easily accessible. Marko is a super nice host, very accommodating, warm and always available for a recommendation/tip 👍🏻 The villa is well maintained and clean.

Such kind lovely hosts. Matko and Paula were so helpful starting by picking me up and dropping me off to the bus station. It is a bit of a walk so much appreciated with my bag. The apartment is spotless, and has an amazing veranda with a peak view of the sea. It’s very easy walking along the boardwalk into the centre, there are many restaurants and bars along the way. The beach is also on your doorstep. Close by us a supermarket and a bakery. I loved my time here and look forward to coming back.
