John and Brichelle were great hosts and were understanding with our slight alterations in our booking. I would stay again should the opportunity arise

We booked to stay here as we were coming down to climb Mt Taranaki as a group of 7 and it did not disappoint! Gorgeous home, tastefully decorated with a rustic chic vibe, lovely wrap around veranda overlooking lovely gardens and farmland and awesome view of Mt Taranaki! The mountain was a close drive for our early morning start. Enjoyed the swimming pool and Winter would be cozy also with the fireplaces. Was such a lovely getaway and would thoroughly recommend!

We were in New Plymouth for Te Matataini. The accomodation was perfect for our stay ad we were out early and back late in the evening. The price was great as other similar properties were asking at least twice as much. It was an easy drive on the motorway back to the venue at the Bowl of Brooklands.

I had an amazing stay at Sophie’s place in New Plymouth! Sophie was a fantastic host — super kind and quick to respond to any messages. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The sauna was such a treat and made the stay extra relaxing. My nephew especially loved the ping pong table — it kept him entertained for hours! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, with large, comfortable beds. Pet-friendly, with fully fenced section. Garden is beautiful and house is situated right next to Te Henui walkway to the sea. Local Orangery restaurant at the nearby Plymouth has delicious food. Kitchen, bathrooms, and linen are very clean - but the house is tired. We still loved it :)

Beautiful modern home in the heart of Oakura! Thandi and Bachelor were so kind and super responsive. We were so grateful for the lovely space to spend time with our family.

Gena’s place is retro right through to the last detail, like stepping back in time. it has amazing views over the port and out to sea, from high up on the hill. Set on 2 different levels , up the spiral staircase to a seperate living area and bedroom. It is very clean and has everything you need. Gena is a very responsive host and was available if we had any queries. We enjoyed our stay over the Womad long weekend. Close to the surf highway and to town.

We managed to squeeze 3 families into Deanna's place and it worked so well for us. We all loved the space, the kids had a great time playing in the garden and Deanna was really helpful in the lead up to our stay. We'd definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely house. The house was very nice, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s beautifully designed with modern furniture and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The living spaces were spacious and well-lit, and the beds were super comfy, perfect for a restful sleep after a long day. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to cook meals during our stay. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and stylish place to stay!

Moon was such a lovely host, they were friendly, gave clear instructions and allowed us to check in early. As far as the home, it was beautiful with plenty of space and had everything we needed!

Really nice suite which has everything you need for a short stay. Clean and cosy. 5 min walk to the beach. Josephine and Franklin were extremely welcoming and fantastic hosts. I would 100% recommend as a place to stay when visiting Taranaki!

We enjoyed our stay at Leonie’s beautiful home and loved the retro/mid century vibe. We did find the traffic a bit noisy at peak times, but the overall experience was great. The coastal walkway was a wonderful walking destination and we would not hesitate to book again next time we vist New Plymouth!

We had an amazing weekend at Ann’s place. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet area and has fantastic sea views. The house is very spacious and super tidy. We felt right at home. Highly recommend and would stay again. Ann was a great communicator and allowed for an earlier check-in. Thank you!

Donna was a wonderful host. The Bach was exactly as described, and it was delightful to be greeted by a fire, even though we arrived quite late. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing country stay, including great linen and towels, lovely plush beds, and a wonderful shower. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the ocean view. I would recommend this property.

Great house , so close to beach , playgrounds, walkways and cafes. Super warm over a chilly weekend. has everything you need for old (grandparents) and young (5 year old grandchild).

Great spacious house, beautifully designed and equipped with. Very accessible to the beautiful beaches.
