Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Oman

The house and the outside are very beautiful and allow for a comfortable stay. It takes about fifteen minutes from nizwa center but close to shopping malls I'll be back!

We had an exceptional stay at this villa in Jabal Akhdar! The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat in the mountains. The heated swimming pool was a fantastic feature, allowing us to relax and enjoy the cool climate in total comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The caretaker was also very helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. It truly made our trip unforgettable. For the price, this villa was excellent value for money! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Jabal Akhdar. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, with beautiful decor and a very clean, well-maintained space. It felt peaceful and quiet throughout my stay, making it perfect for relaxation. The housekeeper was a great help and always available to assist if needed, adding an extra layer of comfort. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely book this place again when visiting Oman. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay here! The place is so spacious and beautifully designed, also super clean. The bed is comfortable, internet is great for remote work and Alkhail is a great host and his response time is super fast. It's in a whole center near restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

We felt like home. It was nice and cozy. It had more amenities that we could have thought The owner left a nice note “feel free to use” to the amenities. Loved the surrounding. Frankenscene was amazing which always kept home with good fragrance. We never felt we are guests but we felt like we are at home.

Ahmed was friendly and prepared to help. He provided some extra items for our longer stay and brought them by personally. We immensely enjoyed our time in Jebel Sifah.

Very beautiful place in a beautiful area. The host was very helpful. Note that you do need a 4x4 car to pass the police checkpoint to go up the mountain to get to the place, road is safe.

We were a group of friends looking to have a quiet 50th birthday celebration. This property had everything...pristine pool, a game room with ping pong table, pool table, air hockey and fusbol...a barbecue area...a mini football pitch...and ample seating courtyard. The 3 ensuite bedrooms were spacious and spotless. The owner was friendly and very responsive to our needs. Jalal, the caretaker was a great help as well. We will definitely be using this property again. Thank you Alzaeem!

We stayed here for a night, we came to do the dhow cruise the following day and just have a quick escape from Dubai. The villa is basic but clean. It was OK formout 1 night stay. No complaints at all. The pictures were slightly different from what we saw (probably another villa) - but everything was fine. I have to mention in particular the great service provided by Eldho, he gave us good recommendations for restaurants etc. Since we were all seafood lovers, we went to buy fresh fish from the market and Eldho recommended us a restaurant where we could get our (own bought) fish grilled for a very reasonable price. I was also happy to know that Eldho comes from the same state as myself in India, gods own country Kerala. His customer service and hospitality truly stand out and this is one reason that makes this property stand out! Thank you Eldho!

It was really a great experience staying at this villa. Nasir was very helpful and professional.

Very nice set of villas with pool. They have helpful staff and managers on site for all our needs. All amenities available in Kitchen and bedroom. Enjoyed the experience and hospitality. Only one small issue was that the description mentioned 3 bedrooms but all the villas are just basically 2 bedrooms. The third room is actually just a small servant quarter with 2 bunk beds one on top of other, accessible only from outside. It can be used for additional people but we as a family group just preferred to take the matress inside and slept in the living room. This was not clear in the description or photos. They do provide additional foldable beds on request as well. Pool is nice, regularly filtered. Has outdoor seating in garden in backyard. Overall nice place to relax and enjoy with family. Retaurant menus are kept for food orders if needed but we preferred exploring out and eat. Nearest town Nizwa is around 25km away. Definitely need a car to explore the places be it town or the hills.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at Ali's house. Ali is a wonderful host! He makes sure you feel comfortable and provides all the relevant information you need. The house is equipped with everything important, is quiet, spacious, and the beds are great for sleeping (a bit firmer than usual, but excellent). From the house, it's a quick trip to the Balcony Walk as well as to Hamra—perfectly located. But the best part was that Ali spontaneously invited us to a traditional event, which made us incredibly happy and will always stay in our memories! Highly recommended!
