İbrahim is a great host who thinks about small details to make his guests comfortable and always ready to help about anything that you would need. The apartment has 2 different private bathroom inside the rooms and one common toilet which makes the visit a lot more comfortable. All the furnitures and kitchen tools are new, clean and practical. If you like to cook at home you can surely do it. There is a nice coffee machine for coffee lovers and a huge smart tv if you'de like to enjoy your evening with netflix. The neighborhood is safe and quiet (you can hear airplane voice time to time since it's close to airport but it didn't disturb me ) and you can start the day with birds singing voice. Yet it's in a close driving distance with many central destination and 10 minutes walking distance from the mall "city centre muscat" which you can find anything you want including change office. Overall it was a perfect stay andI definitely recommend the place and the host without any hesitation.

Ibrahim is an excellent host! He takes a good care of a guest to ensure a smooth stay. He can recommend you what to do and where to go in Oman. The apartment is well appointed, comfortable and spotless. I felt like home while my stay. It’s very quiet but you would hear airplane sound sometime during a day. Anyway, it’s not a big deal. Also, it is in a good location. - 10 mins walk from City Center Muscat - 20 mins walk to Mwasalat bus station - 15 mins drive from the airport - 10 mins by a taxi to The Waves or Al Mouj The overall stay was excellent with authentic Omani hospitality. Highly recommended!

Nice and clean place

Khalid is such a nice person and a great host! The check-in was smooth, and I even managed an early check-in without any issues. He loves the beaches—if you’re a beach person, just talk with Khalid and he’ll suggest the best spots. If you enjoy walking and exploring, Khalid is your guy. He’s visited many great places and is always willing to recommend them or even take guests himself, just as he mentions in the listing. He offers free snorkeling, which was a fun bonus. Khalid truly loves the sea and has a very relaxed, friendly vibe. He never interfered in anything during my stay and was always helpful when needed. He’s also eco-friendly, which I really appreciate. Overall, Khalid is 10/10 and I highly recommend staying at his place if you’re in Muscat. If you’re a walker, you’ll love this location—nearby is Lulu Supermarket and Mutrah Corniche is also within walking distance. A perfect spot for a chill, beachy getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

I stayed at Naz Airbnb for a couple of month, he was welcoming, always ready to assist and helpful, he made my experience arriving in muscat great, as for the surrounding area, there are many things to do, from parks to malls, everyday I found something new, if you come from a big country than nothing is far from you, people are nice and welcoming and you won't feel that you have to be aware of your surroundings the whole time like in other countries, I totally recommend it and thank Naz for making it an easy stay for me.

In short, one of the greatest stays I ever had at a hostel. Basil, the host, is an outstanding person. Extremely welcoming, always open for a chat about everything including Omani culture, and especially he gave us great recommendations for Muscat and for traveling the country. Next to that, the atmosphere at the hostel is very laid back and social. Basil is really fostering the idea of an inclusive and social environment where everybody can feel at home. Thank you again for an amazing stay at your hostel. We had such a great time in Oman and that's also thanks to your sincere hospitality.

Great spacious space in Hawana Salalah, with a ground floor living room and the bedroom upstairs. Easy check-in with clear instructions, and the communication was smooth.

the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend

We had a good time in the apartment, quiet neighbourhood and easy check in. The apartment was fully equipped (kitchen stuff, towels etc.) and clean. There is also a washing machine and a place to dry the laundry. Just one small thing - the address only leads you to the street but not exactly at the house.
