Das Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit einem tollen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Für fünf Personen bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz und sie ist vollständig ausgestattet. Innerhalb von drei Minuten erreicht man den Gemeinschaftspool, den Strand "Sandyz Beach", der für die Nicht-Hotelgäste vorgesehen ist, kann man innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Très bon séjour chez Abdullah ! Nous avons apprécié la localisation et le logement en lui même est très bien pour 2 personnes, notamment la cuisine... Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ flexibles : un grand merci ! A noter que nous n'avons jamais trouvé le robinet extérieur pour enlever le sable en revenant de la plage ;) Ni réussi à utiliser Netflix avec mes identifiants... Finalement très bien pour lâcher un peu l'écran :)

Pristine apartment within walking distance of the Mall of Oman and the Mohammed Al Ameen Mosque. A lot of new buildings are being built in the neighborhood and I imagine it’s a rapidly-changing area. Some great local restaurants can also be found in the area. Residential and quiet.

Our stay at Hilal's was perfect! The location was exactly what we were hoping for and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Hilal was super quick to respond to any questions we had and was always kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean and everything was in perfect working condition. Getting a taxi was easy, as pick up was just a few steps away from the building. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Muscat.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir konnten sogar noch kurzfristig verlängern. Wir waren bereits mehrere male in Sifah und das zweite mal in dieser Wohnung. Somit alles ganz passend und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

Made a last minute reservation since my flights changed and Ahmed was very accommodating. Was the perfect space to rest and unwind before a long international flight.

Great stay everything was spotless and the owner’s response to anything was very fast. The apartment was very easy to access and the hallway was also very nice and clean.

Die Villa ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und liegt in ruhiger Umgebung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der private Pool – ein echtes Highlight. Der Strand ist in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet mit einer charmanten Beachbar entspannte Musik und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Uta ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in dieser tollen Villa verbringen durften. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier absolut weiterempfehlen.

Was such a wonderful stay, The appartment is spacious, super clean and tidy with a touch of creativity in each corner, right on the beach surrounded with mountains and turquoise beach and with a huge terrace fully equipped with BBRQ and beautiful plants. Karin was a wonderful host made everything easy from start to finish we loved this place and we will definitely be back.

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

It was a joy to stay at Mazin's place during our time in Oman. We wanted a calm location where we could rest but easily access main areas of Muscat etc, and this apartment was an absolute gem. It felt like a little home away from home. Every detail was very considered - it was immaculate, smelt beautiful and Mazin is incredibly kind, helpful and generous as a host! The balconies are perfect to relax on in the evenings or to watch the sunrise from in the morning, and the front room has a smart TV for easy viewing. Location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood ~5 minutes away from the supermarket and ~20 minutes from Seeb Beach and many other key locations. Highly recommend!

What a great place. It was right next to the beaches and a super peaceful neighborhood. Place was clean, bright and comfortable. The gym and pool were wonderful. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect to discover the city. Close by is a beautiful shopping and dining area. Another highlight is the great pool area in the apartment complex. We recommend the apartment.

If you are looking for somewhere comfortable, clean, well maintained, convenient and well priced, look no further. This apartment is an excellent place to stay in Muscat, centrally located and within 30 minutes drive of many local attractions. At the same time, it is peaceful and allows you to get away from the busy city when you want to relax. Everything worked with no issue, and was as advertised. Hassaan was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, he even stocked the fridge with enough bottled water to last two people for three days and provided fresh fruit and snacks free of charge. He and his team were always on hand to help and provide recommendations for our stay. If I am ever to visit Muscat again, this will surely be the first place I look to book

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Khaled's wonderful 2-bedroom apartment at Marsa Gardens, Al Mouj, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment boasts a stunning sea view, which was a delightful treat every morning. We stayed for 9 nights, and each day confirmed that we had made the perfect choice. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also immaculately maintained, offering everything we needed and more. The decor was stylish yet cozy, making us feel at home from the moment we walked in. What truly made our stay remarkable was Mr. Khaled's exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available whenever we needed him, ensuring that our visit was as pleasant and smooth as possible. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests' experience make him an outstanding host. We wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Khaled's apartment and wish him all the very best. A nice flat located in the new development the Wave. The area and the Building are very Safe. The Pool area and gym are smaller, but absolutely conveniente especially during the heat. The harbour of AlMouj is some walk minutes away from the apartment. Amazing sunsets on the promenade. The apartment does look like in the pictures. We arrived late night and the watchman responsible barely spoke english - the communication and understanding were almost impossible, but we got into the flat. It would have been nice to have at least one bottle of water, as everything was closed by the time. Our luck was the neighbour who provided us 2 bottles of water in the night. The rest was good and the flat is defenitely recomendable.

The location is great. Apartment was very clean and met our expectations. The kitchen has everything you need. Majdi was responsive for all our needs. I highly recommend it.
