The house is very pleasant to stay in. It is very well heated, it is bright and warm .

We really enjoyed our stay with Erick and Isabelle - they are wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome, including organising a tasting of local Corbières wines, and a separate vinegar tasting. The house is beautiful, and very well equipped - for dinner, we could take our pick between bbqing outside on the terrace or cooking in the kitchen. For swimming, we were spoilt for choice, able to swim in the pool as well as in the river below the house. The countryside around the house is great for walks (and the nearby village is easily walkable), but it is quite remote, so a car is needed to get around, and to visit almost any of the nearby sights beyond the village. It was an amazing holiday, and having this great place to stay was a really important part of it!

The accommodation was very comfortable and warm, it was just 20 minutes from Narbonne, very easy parking; it is located in a village/neighborhood without nearby services, you need a car. It consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen, very well equipped, perhaps with too many things. It has a large terrace, with sun loungers, two barbecues. It is dog-friendly 🐶 Two bedrooms with double beds 160 and 140, one of the bedrooms has a sink and shower in the suite. None of the bathrooms have a toilet, when in the description you can read that it consists of two full bathrooms and a toilet. The toilet is only located in the bathroom. It was quite clean, small details to improve.

Great stay with friends in this lovely house. The house is nicely decorated and functional. We cooked without running out of utensil. Very pretty area! We recommend it and will be back!

We had a great time where we were able to discover Berlou and the surrounding area. Our hosts have given us everything we need. I would this property.

Very comfortable and spacious accomodation with great views and easy access to the citadel and Ville Basse. Well equipped kitchen and several options for eating in and outdoors. Entertainment includes bicycles, table tennis and nice pool. Pierre communicated well and responded quickly to any queries.

The house is absolutely beautiful with every amenity you could need! The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of room to spread out if you're sharing with a big family! It is 10 minutes walk into the Medieval City which is fantastic with loads of shops and culture! Not too far to walk into the main city either. Cédric is one of the most helpful and responsive hosts I have had the pleasure of communicating with. Nothing was too much or a problem. He (and his family) went above and beyond to make our stay as positive as possible. The pictures absolutely don't do the villa justice, it is stunning and feels much bigger there! So much outdoor space, with a very clean pool and hot tub - gated for safety - and multiple sitting areas. We had an amazing week and will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely week in this well appointed villa Sinan is a kind, attentive and responsive host. We had no issues at all during our stay but every message was responded to quickly We were very impressed with the villa. It is exactly like the photos. It was immaculately presented with beds made and towels laid out. The beds were comfy, we often find them too soft. The villa is beautifully appointed and very modern. Upstairs, there are 2 double rooms each with an ensuite shower room and dressing area. There is loads of storage and hanging space. There is a further double room downstairs accessed via the room with bunk beds in. This has its own shower room. Sinan thoughtfully provided dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc. Shower gel, shampoo and handwash are provided. There is more than enough glassware etc. Appliances were modern and spotless. Everything is new and no expense has been spared. WiFi is excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you Sinan!

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

Very good stay with friends spent in this house, very well arranged, comfortable, clean. Beautiful sea view. The South African barbecue is really great.! Also very good welcome from the host. We can only highly recommend.!

We had a great time at Marie-Anne's! The house is very well suited to meet friends. Many spaces and activities (billiards, ping pong, darts, swimming pool, pétanque...) that make it possible to occupy young and old, even in rainy weather! On the night side, it's very functional, with a room where all the children were able to sleep together and create memories. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality 🫶🏼

We were a family group of 10, of all ages. We loved the pool (which Inne kept very clean) and the open kitchen which we practically lived in. There was plenty of shade available for those who didn't want to sit in the sun. The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived and everything worked. Inne and Kris were very helpful and friendly, particularly when we were trying to find a doctor. The villa is out in the country, situated next to another property, but that was no problem for us. The local town and supermarket was only a couple of kilometres away and Narbonne was an easy 15 minute drive. We also loved our visits to St Pierre La Mer, where there is a lovely sandy beach.

The house is fantastic and just as described, just what we needed. They were very kind to us. We recommend it 100% :)

Great, private location surrounded by vineyards. The drive in is a little bumpy but it’s worth it. The house is ideal for two people. We arrived with our baby and dog and they both enjoyed the sunshine, pool and space! The open floor layout was great for our holiday atmosphere and we were able to explore nearby Narbonne and Carcassonne during our stay. Great guest house and surrounding land!

A very nice stay for a week. Everything as described. Jeff and Corinne are very nice hosts, available at all times and very helpful. The pool /terrace overlooking the vineyards and olive trees is of course a highlight. Narbonne, Carcassonne, Minerve and the Mediterranean Sea can be reached quickly by car. Definitely worth a trip. a small night spent during a trip to 6 for the large buffet. ideally located, the sleeping and the configuration of the house and great , the pool side arrived puts back in shape of the journey and Florence was able to welcome us as it should be. I recommend

We felt right at home, it is very cozy, that there is a pool is great and more if you go with children. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and near Carcassone. Fabien was very attentive at all times, any questions answered us super quickly. Very good experience

We had a great week at Nathalie's place. The house is located in a quiet and well secured location, with a front door for residences. The garden is large and well kept. The pool and lake are a few minutes walk away.

Arnaud is a quality host. We had a great time in this haven of peace, the house is totally consistent with the photos and the amenities are amazing. Thanks to Arnaud for this stay, we'll be happy to come back next year!

The house is very spacious and very well decorated. There were 8 of us, and we weren't stepping on it. The outside of the house is beautiful, from the pool we had a view of the mountains, sunset etc... A great stay, in a beautiful location. The village has a small bakery / grocery store very well provided (and very welcoming) feel free to visit the village of Minerve, the city of Carcassonne, the cave of Limousis and the abyss. Communication with Frederique was perfect.
