That is our Tiny House Black Swallow on Ranch 66. Parking right on the fenced property, the reach of the bus, beautiful walks to the pond in the forest, the horse stable with the possibility of riding is within sight. Every season has its charm. There is a bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a sofa bed. There is a sauna and a seasonal pool outside.

Besides unique design and genius loci of the place we also offer personal approach from the owners who are part of every detail.

My Tiny House

Hi, my name is Tiny, I'm a house on wheels and Nikča built me by her own. All day I am surrounded by nature and I have a beautiful view of the lake! Cuckoos and pheasants wake me up every morning. I live in harmony with nature, so I am completely off-grid. I draw energy from the sun, which is not in short supply here. I also have a tank that contains 200 liters of water. I am a small, but otherwise a full-fledged house for life.
