Parkování je možné na ulici před domem zdarma. Toto ubytování nabízí naprosté soukromí. Na oknech jsou venkovní elektrické rolety. Dům se nachází na okraji Olomouce v klidné lokalitě u řeky Bystřice, která je lemovaná cyklostezkou. Výborné na procházky. Ubytování je vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi i pro domácí mazlíčky
