The place is wonderful, better than the expected!

My parents stay with Bianca was absolutely fantastic! The check-in process was seamless thanks to her clear and detailed instructions. We were particularly touched by her genuine care and responsiveness, even when we reached out late at night. Her willingness and ability to prepare everything so perfectly for us on such short notice was truly above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Lombardy was excellent in Flavia's appartment. It's roomy, clean and has all you need while also feeling very spacious. Flavia went above and beyond with a beautifully setup babybed in the bedroom and a children's seat in the living room. She was always very kind and respondes quickly. Since she lives in the adjecent house we ran into eachother multiple occasions. And although our son already had many toys to play with in the garden she was happy to get some more to entertain him. The apartment is near the village centre with a bakery, gellataria, and a few restaurants. So even though there is a lot to do in the area you can find almost all your needs on foot which is a big plus. We parked our car in the private garage which is convenient since parking spots are quite sparse in Italy, and it was easy to load and unload for our next day trip. All in all we had a great time in Italy and we were super happy with Flavia as our host.

I had an amazing stay at Sabrina’s. It was perfectly located and so easy to get to everything in town and a quick walk to the train station. The place was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was a dream. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely with everything we could possibly need. It was also super clean, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect with some food options nearby and wonderful walks along the canal. Carlo was an exceptional host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I have stayed in many places. Massimo's place is by far the best. He takes great care of the guests and is very kind and welcoming. His place has everything you need and it is very clean and spacious. He has thought about all the details so his place is very well equipped. He is also very good at providing information and is excellent at communication. Thank you for everything we will be definitely be back again.

Our stay in Giulia's apartment worked smoothly from the beginning. The check-in was clearly regulated and was even possible earlier than indicated, which made us very happy. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was also extremely clean. All the specified features of the apartment (e.g. fireplace, TV) worked perfectly. We had a few wonderful days in Milan and also had no difficulties checking out. We would like to thank you again for the great time, the hospitality and the friendly manner of Giulia. We will definitely come back 😁

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Beautifully designed apartment in a dream location

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

Franceso was an absolute incredible host. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and provided lots of tip/tricks/recommendations for traveling around and enjoying Lake Como. The place was super nice and modern with all the amenities listed (for anyone worried about AC, it worked quickly and was more than enough to cool it). Outside, the view was absolutely stunning and it was so peaceful and quiet at night (it is a very quiet area in general which was a plus...absolutely no tourist noise or traffic). With it being in a quiet area, I do have to prewarn it is up on a hillside that requires walking up steep hills and some staircases (when arriving, you will definitely want to have some way of being dropped off at the door if you have large, heavy baggage), but it is worth the climb. :) All in all, I couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone, especially couples, who want a beautiful, quiet place to stay and enjoy on Lake Como.

Everything was great, apartment much larger than it looks in the pictures. Marco gave us tips and was always immediately available. The check-out was also great, he was very accommodating. The apartment is a bit quieter, you can easily walk to the train station to travel to the city. Everything is quickly accessible by car. We were there for 3 days and enjoyed the time very much.

Very nice apartment and without forgetting the delicate attentions that the owners left us, it is very appreciable 😊 If we were to return to Milan, I would contact Marco without hesitation 👍

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Amazing host , felt right at home from the second we met, perfect dog made everything much much more pleasant luca gave us great advices as well always present and respectful we enjoyed our stay hopefully we come back soon .

You can’t beat Life in the skyline of Milan with the incredible Milan Central Station as a backdrop.

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.
