Apartment holiday rentals in Olean

Stayed here again after a great stay last year. It’s well suited for younger kids (4 total, ages 4-9) and great access to the slopes. Thanks again!

The apartment is a great place to stay if you want to be close to town. It's less than a mile and the sidewalk leads you to the main street. The apartment is squeaky clean, comfortable with a huge sliding glass view of the backyard deck and trees. I enjoyed my morning coffee outside when it was sunny. there is a fully stocked kitchen when you want to cook as I did. Each bedroom has great views of the trees and wildlife with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space if you stay awhile. I enjoyed my stay and will book again when I am in ellicottville.

Spacious, spotless, silent Spacious Long ago, when Donald Trump owned the New York City Plaza hotel, we were to have received a free upgrade. They screwed up, took us to another upgraded room, only to find an angry half-naked couple already checked into that room. Staff was so embarrassed, they upgraded us to the hotel’s best corner suite. (Two to the floor with the stone balcony, our neighbor was Chuck Norris. Before they built out the Royal Plaza Suite) The reason I say this is that Robyn’s apartment feels just as spacious. (Honestly, though, there are no statues of naked Romans or gold-plated fixtures, like the Plaza suite.) Spotless My wife spilled a few drops of water on the floor, wiped it up with a Kleenex, and not a trace of dust remained! (Robyn can share her secret as to how and why the flat is so clean.) Christopher's place was ideal for our group of 8 adults on a ski weekend. We enjoyed the main floor and fireplace while still having our own space. However, parking was a bit challenging as we had 4 cars. We knew there was only one spot at the top, but upon returning from dinner, all the spots were taken, so we had to walk. This wasn't an issue for our group, but it might be for others. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

A great place to spend some time with family and friends and also for the couples for a romantic getaway. Loved staying at their place, and one of the most beautiful and coziest airbnb we encountered so far. The house surrounded by nature is a dream for a city people like us! We had a great time. Oh my goodness…this is the cutest little apartment!! Great location, the decks are perfect for outdoor time and many amenities! We loved our stay and will be back for another fun weekend in the future!

The pics are spot on. Nicely decorated. Right on Main Street. Walk to restaurants supermarket very close. Beds were comfortable as was seating area. Loved the window shades. Even though it is listed as 1c there are about 5 steps down to the apt.

Clean place close to the slopes and about a 10min walk to downtown!

I cannot recommend this AirBnB enough! It was immaculately clean, easy to find, great location, perfect amount of decor, and had everything we needed! It was cozy & spacious. I did not have one complaint at all about our stay! Robert was a wonderful host- He was quick to respond and very helpful with all my questions. We will definitely be returning next year!

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

This will be the second time I have stayed at this Airbnb. Each time has been amazing. The host are so kind and very accommodating. This last stay was needed because of a family emergency so my stress level was of the charts. The host showed so much empathy abd wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a place to stay. Emily thank you again for all of your kindness! You truly made me feel a little less stress which was greatly needed.

Cozy, clean, and perfect for a week or weekend ski trip. Our family of 5 had a nice stay at this rental. Ski in/ ski out to Holiday Valley Ski Resort. Would highly recommend it!

Michelle was very accommodating and communicated well. We stayed in the basement apartment, which was clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Very convenient—just minutes from downtown Ellicottville.
