Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Old Town, Chicago

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and it was great that they had amenities for a baby as we stayed here with our daughter and baby grandson. This apartment is in a great location in Lincoln Park. Buena North Deli is a short walk away as well as other markets. Cedar Palace Lebanese restaurant is just across the street (great food and great service) with other nice restaurants just a short walk away. Armitage station was walkable and we used the train everyday to get around in Chicago. Michael, the host, provided great instructions and recommendations for the area. He was very responsive made sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago.

From booking to check out Wendy and Matt communicated with me every step of the way. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The Airbnb is just as described and is absolutely beautiful, but also comfortable and homey. They have thought of everything. My husband and I both had to work some and the desk set up with extra large monitors was the best surprise! The location is perfect-walkable to some really fun restaurants. We went to Happy Camper, Small Cheval, and Mr. Gyros. The red line is right around the corner and we felt very safe walking the neighborhood after dark. You will meet many people on the street with friendly dogs :) The ability to park our car off the street was also one of the best perks of this place! Our family couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our time in Chicago. Thank you Matt and Wendy!

My stay at Sean’s was exactly what I needed…..a clean, quiet, comfortable and peaceful place, being in Chicago for an active, somewhat stressful weekend. The location in beautiful Old Town was perfect, within walking distance of where I needed to be. I had the added bonus of meeting Sean and Stephanie, which is becoming more rare in my Airbnb travels, both very friendly and accommodating. All communication was prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nicholas’s apartment in Lincoln Park! As a solo female young traveler, I was a little worried traveling alone and how safe the area would be. I reached out to Nicholas, and he reassured me that I was in a safe area and gave me advice about the surrounding areas. The location is amazing! Everything is safe and walkable! I was able to walk to the Chicago Riverwalk everyday; it was about a 50 minute walk, but the point is that it’s a safe walk! Check-in and check-out were super simple. The directions were crystal clear making the process stress-free. I absolutely loved the apartment; it was perfect for my needs! Also, the furniture, both the bed and couches, were so comfortable!! I absolutely loved the comforter; it kept me so warm. Additionally, I loved all the windows and mirrors the apartment had to offer. I am so excited to stay here again when I come to Chicago again. Thank you guys for an amazing experience!🩷

We loved staying in this building and area. Don’t sleep on the amenities - the skydeck and lounge are really nice. Easy parking nearby w spothero. If you’re up for walking, it’s doable to walk to The Chicago Theatre or downtown. Good communication w hosts via the Kasa link they send you.

This penthouse was so beautiful, with stunning views. The location was perfect- everything we needed was within walking distance. James and Jeri-Lou were very responsive and made the stay seamless. I would highly recommend for a weekend in Chicago!

We stayed for a week with 2 children of 8 and 10. The place is larger than we expected; which is nice. The street and neighborhood are both really nice. Train is close; which is very handy to visit the city. Close to Lincoln park and many restaurants and shops. This place was very comfortable, private and quiet. Brian was also also very flexible with check in and check out times. Definitely recommended !

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

Even more spacious than in the photos! Well-kept place, with a fully stocked kitchen, projector, BOSE speaker, and great backyard. Double shower in the master bedroom, and strong water pressure. Entry is easy with a code. Finally, the host is VERY accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Recommended!

Such a great place to stay

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at. It was beautifully decorated and super clean. Had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The host was extremely responsive. The parking was a bit difficult but would not deter me from staying there again. Very close to downtown, about 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect stay if you are looking for a place in Lincoln Park/Old Town area. Unbeatable location - walking distance to everything you could want. Plus, it is on a private street with lots of parking, even on a weekend in the summer. The apartment itself is so charming with plenty of space for a group of five. Very well stocked with everything you could need for a long weekend. Would absolutely stay here again!

Basement appartement but spacious, not too dark and benefit of the use of the outside garden. Kitchen has everything you need, and there is ample storage space. Shower is one of the better I encountered in the US. Came here to attend a conference and will definitely book again if the conference returns to Chicago. Reliable, friendly host, no question was ever one too many.

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

John's place is great, just as described. Very clean and location is perfect (across the street from Pequod's). Check in/out was easy and communication was good.

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our time at this apartment! Nestled in the Bucktown neighborhood of the city, which is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes. Nearby Wicker Park and Logan Square have a lot to offer, as well as Lincoln Park (the neighborhood) not being too far away either. While the bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side, that’s just city life and it is a perfect retreat for 1-2 people. It’s very stylish yet cozy with the decor and all updated appliances and bathroom. I would take note of the stairs for this unit in particular, as it’s on the second level but they were fine and the patio deck was nice! We really appreciated Lauren being accommodating to our late booking. We would definitely stay here again!

Supurb stay in Fulton Market! Seth was an outstanding host—responsive, welcoming, and accomidating. The apartment was spotless, well decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind.
