Alles war super. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Lage ist wunderbar und nah genug an Bologna. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Una location immersa nella campagna con un grandissimo giardino, ideale per bambini. La casa aveva tutti i comfort e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posiziona ottima, solo 18 km da Bologna. Tiziana molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliato!

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita! We’ll be back for sure.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

Alloggio immerso nella natura, ampio..con tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza si qualche giorno. Dintorni splendidi e ottimo per una escursione nei boschi sei dintorni..strada di accesso stretta e ripida ma accessibile con auto.... necessaria per spostarsi nei dintorni.. immersa in un piccolo borgo tranquillissimo.. Er heen gaan is al een feest. Steeds verder omhoog, de aanwijzingen volgend, kom je dan uiteindelijk op plaats van bestemming. Dan eerst even genieten van het spectaculaire uitzicht. Om vervolgens zwaar onder de indruk te raken van het huisje. Super groot, en heel erg authentiek. We voelden ons prins en prinses!

Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit Balkon und eigenem Parkplatz in einem Neubau. Ruhige Nachbarn, saubere Liegenschaft und gut gelegen um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

Fantastico soggiorno a Pizzicalaluna! Abbiamo passato due giorni in questo posto magico con il nostro bambino di 7 mesi prima di tornare a Milano. Giulia, Elisabetta e tutto lo staff ci fanno sentire veramente a casa e riempiti di attenzioni e coccole. Il mini appartamento ‘fiore d’angelo’ è attrezzato con tutto il necessario e la piscina ideale per rinfrescarsi. Buona colazione e consigliatissimo prenotare un pranzo o una cena, i prodotti biologici del loro orto sono da assaggiare! Grazie ancora per la bella esperienza.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, historischen Gebäude in Italien war rundum gelungen. Die Ruhe und das besondere Ambiente haben uns sofort abschalten lassen. Besonders dankbar sind wir für die hilfsbereite Art von allen vor Ort! Wir hatten eine Autopanne und uns wurde sofort freundlich geholfen (danke Francesca!). Auch die Kommunikation war super einfach, und die Menschen, die dort arbeiten, sind einfach herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Perfect place to stay in Bologna! The apartment is right in the city center fantastic location, everything is within walking distance! Modern, clean, and stylish, with a jacuzzi that’s perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The host was very helpful, and communication was smooth. Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Thank you Vittorio and Rosa Maria!

Such an amazing place to stay! The apartment is lovely and situated just down from the vineyards. The dinner and drinks provided were delicious and I would love to come back if I am in the area!

WOW! Book it now. We literally waited the entire stay to write this review, and since there are millions of reasons to book this place we will focus on the highest- first Andrea is a true superhost. What a lovely person, caring, attentive and very proactive. The house is the most unique place we’ve been to, and you will fall into the 60s-70s vibes of it right away. It’s enchanting! Every room in this house is decorated to perfection, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a great place to view the sunset. Other than that’s it a great place for families (great variety of sleeping options for the young ones) with lots to do around. Andrea, thank you so much for everything, we can’t wait to come back.

Location is convenient as you can walk around the area, just around 15 mins drive from Central station. Love the vibe nearby as so many nice restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This place is in a very busy neighborhood with tons of bars and restaurants nearby. But also the apartment was very quiet in spite of the loud street outside. I slept heat and loved having the nightlife nearby. Walking to central Bologna was easy and about 12-15 minutes from the flat.

My stay in this apartment was truly exceptional. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, cozy, and filled with natural light. Everything exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and elegant stay.

The apartment was very nice and like the description. The noise from the terraces stopped early enough not to bother us much and the location is unbeatable. The air conditioning was a bit weak due to its location but everything else was great!
