Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Old Town, Bologna

Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

Casa accogliente, ben arredata, con spa e palestra, dotata di ogni confort, tutto riesce a rendere spettacolari anche le giornate di brutto tempo! Andrea sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni necessità, ci ha fatto passare un weekend memorabile. Consigliatissimo!!

Cutigliano was a quiet and beautiful location. While we often drove 2 hours to go to major destinations, there was so much to do nearby as well. I found one of my favourite things to do was to explore the village and trials nearby. The people were wonderfully kind and the local food was amazing. Highly reccomend this location for a longer stay in italy. We live in an apartment at home, so the house felt spacious and luxurious, but at the same time, with authenticity. We got used to living with the gorgeous chruch bells across the street... everything was a joy! We stayed with a 6 month old baby which was great. If our small child was walking or crawling by themselves there are lots of stairs, some without rails which should be considered. Solange was exceptional. She was waiting outside when we arrived to help us understand how to bring in our luggage and park our car. She was quick to respond and had lots of suggestions for things nearby. Overall one of my fave trips!

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Can step from the backyard onto miles and miles of beautiful hiking trails to the nearby, incredible views from the second outdoor dinner table, house was clean and surprisingly well-equipped for how rural the area is (dependable power, warm shower, thoroughly well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, comfortable beds, clean and delicious spring water available from the taps, the works). Host was very responsive and helped with issues, even despite not being in the area the weekend of our visit, and they sent someone (Marco) to help bring our things, drive to and from the town center, and treat us to some local wine and fresh bread when we arrived. Marco was also very responsive, one text away, and happy to help with anything that we needed. Overall a really comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Would happily stay again.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Federica’s home was absolutely amazing. We were welcomed with genuine hospitality and treated with the utmost respect. The house was in perfect condition and offered several beautiful, relaxing outdoor spaces. We've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this was by far the best—so comfortable and inviting, we truly felt like family.

Enjoyed our stay in Bologna. Great location, walking distance to the main plaza and other main sites as well as 20 minute walk from the train station or 10 minute via bus. Lots of food options nearby. The apartment is very spacious. It can be a little bit dark during the day as the windows are on the inside of the building on the first floor so no direct sunlight but normally you’re out and about exploring so not a problem. WiFi worked great, very fast. Nice to have a washer. It did get a little bit cold so make sure you bring warm clothes for evenings if you get cold easily.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa deliziosa casa nel cuore di Bologna e non possiamo che consigliarla! La casa, pur essendo piccola, è curata in ogni dettaglio: accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è perfetta, centralissima, ideale per esplorare la città a piedi. Un ringraziamento speciale a Stefania, la proprietaria, che si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e attenta. Un gesto che abbiamo davvero apprezzato è stato il fatto che abbia pensato anche alle nostre intolleranze alimentari, preparando una colazione adatta alle nostre esigenze, una premura non da tutti! Esperienza più che positiva, torneremo sicuramente!

Ik had deze locatie geboekt om 1,5 week geconcentreerd te kunnen werken. Het huis van Ramses boven op de berg gaf me veel inspiratie. Het was van echt álles voorzien, meer denk ik dan waar Ramses mee adverteert. Het ontbrak mij dus aan helemaal niets en ik voelde me er geweldig! Ramses was ook héél behulpzaam als ik vragen had. Dank Ramses dat je mijn werkvakantie tot een succes maakte!

The Canton De Fiori airbnb was excellent in all ways…! The location is perfect, with a view of Neptunes fountain just across the street…! High ceiling in the living room makes the unit feel very luxurious and spacious. Beautiful bathroom with elegant features…..Highly recommended..!

Meget centralt, men stadig rolig og tilbage trukket. Smukt og meget smagfuldt indrettet, med en yderst sympatisk og hjælpsom værtinde som både hjalp os med en tidlig indtjekning, en lidt senere afgang samt en taxa da hele bymidten var afspærret til et stort løb. Vi har benyttet os af airbnb i mere end 20 år, og altid været glade for de steder vi har boet, men dette har indtil nu været vores bedste ophold.

Siamo stati nella villa durante il periodo di Pasqua. La villa é immersa tra le colline e questo rende il posto ideale per chi vuole staccare dalla solita routine quotidiana. All'interno é accogliente, fornita di ogni confort, pulita e con ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Adatta a famiglie e coppie. I servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili e in zona si trova tutto. L'host é cordiale, accogliente e disponibile alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima esperienza che consiglio.

We had a wonderful stay at Edoardo’s place. Edoardo and Annie were great hosts and answered our every question. Annie’s local recommendations for restaurants and things to do were spot on. We enjoyed our time there and miss our chats with Annie who was so warm and welcoming. We also loved giving belly rubs to dogs Maggie and Baloo, and Ronaldo the cat. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable.

What a beautiful villa. Looks exactly like the photos and even better. A quiet place outside of Bologna and easy to get into the Old Town. The best of both worlds. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. But the piece de resistance is the outdoor room and patio. Pamela is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

We have stayed at many airbnbs worldwide and this was by far our favorite. It’s is even more beautiful than the pictures. We loved the location and the easy drives to so many beautiful, quaint towns. We loved the scenic walks from the house. The quiet countryside with breathtaking views was the perfect vacation for our family. We hope we can come visit again! Magical villa that was just perfect for our group of 4 couples. We appreciate that Lisa allowed us to book so early in the season. This is such a fantastically unique home! Loved, loved, LOVED walking through the old section. The bodega was so convenient. HIGHLY recommend Casato Maria Clarice for a special prix fixe meal. We so enjoyed learning how to make cheese at Caseificio Bio Reggiani. Visiting the Spilamberto Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Museum. We would definitely stay here again!

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
