This is a great apartment for a couple, with a lovely view from the balcony! It’s walkable to the very centre of Bologna and I would recommend it.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with Giulia. The apartment was very close (2 minute walk) to the train station which meant we could go on a day trip to Venice. However, to Bologna city Centre it is around a 20-25 minute walk, so be prepared for lots of walking. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the boiler taking a while to heat water for showers and the toilet was very slow to fill with water so often had to flush with a bucket of water from the bathroom tap. Overall a very nice apartment.

This is a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful city! We were three women, the flat was perfect for us, very well stocked as well as beautifully finished. The location could not have been better, right in the centre of Bologna on a very quiet short street with a coffee cafe etc which we used every morning and evening. I will always remember waking up to the birds in the morning -thanks Isabella for such a pleasant stay.

Antonio & Alessandra’s place is an easy 20 minute walk into Central Bologna and is located in a quiet, safe area on the outskirts of the city. The check in experience was great; very responsive, informative & helpful. Antonio shared a map and showed us the local area & route into the city. We were held up in traffic on our way to Bologna, and they waited for our arrival. The flat was super clean & comfortable with a spotless bathroom and kitchen, as well as fridge, washing machine, kettle and coffee maker (with tea & coffee pods & some snacks). The flat is spacious & has a homely feel too, with shutters for the windows so it keeps it dark, and aircon to keep it cool! Upon returning to Bologna, we would stay again!

Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit der süßen Wohnung. Sie liegt sehr zentral und wir konnten fußläufig diese wundervolle Stadt erkunden. Auch wenn die Wohnung direkt an der Straße mit Cafés und Restaurants liegt, ist die absolut ruhig, da sie hinten im Hof liegt. Gabriella war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die auch das Schlafzimmer und die Küche mitkühlt, da die Wohnung nicht sehr groß ist. Sehr heiß wurde es nicht,auch wenn es tagsüber um die 30 Grad waren. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden, manchmal musste man nur etwas genauer hinschauen. Gabriella war immer zu erreichen und hat uns am Abflugtag auch ein Taxi bestellt. Wenn am Tag vor der Anreise und am Tag der Abreise keine Gäste da sind oder direkt kommen, kann man auch früher einchecken (oder die Koffer abstellen) und später auschecken. Gabriella war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

This place is in a very busy neighborhood with tons of bars and restaurants nearby. But also the apartment was very quiet in spite of the loud street outside. I slept heat and loved having the nightlife nearby. Walking to central Bologna was easy and about 12-15 minutes from the flat.

Appartement spectaculaire ! Spacieux et confortable. Literie très soignée. Sebastiano est très réactif et communique de manière amicale. Séjour vraiment très agréable !

Andrea and the apartment were beyond our expectations. Andrea was so helpful and had the best recommendations for food and drink. It was absolutely beautiful in a great part of the city. Everything is walkable. AMAZING bed that was so comfy. Every Amenity we could think of she had in place. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a great stay in Bologna.

Eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe mit einem schönen, großen Balkon zu einem ruhigen Innenhof. Das Ein- und Auschecken war super einfach und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Also alles bestens!

L’appartamento di Maurizio è situato in un’ottima posizione poiché in circa 15-20 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro di Bologna, una volta arrivati a piazza maggiore e nei pressi delle due torri è tutto a pochi minuti a piedi: ristoranti, bar, trattorie. Vicino all’appartamento a circa 200/300 mt c’è anche un supermercato (la Pam), una farmacia e ci sono alcuni bar. Il giardinetto che di trova all’entrata della casa è incantevole ed è perfetto per un caffè, una colazione o per fumare una sigaretta in tranquillità. Maurizio è un host presente ma non invadente e se serve si mette subito a disposizione. Nel mio caso ha offerto un passaggio a me e alla persona che viaggiava con me per poter arrivare in tempo alla stazione. È stato molto gentile da parte sua, è una persona affidabile e premurosa. 🩵

The location is ideal for exploring Bologna. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The aircon was very efficient. The outside terraces were pleasant to sit in.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS location! Bars, restaurants and cafes were right outside of the front door. If you want to be in the heart of old town, in the most superior location, you need to stay here. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
