We were very happy with this apartment! It was very clean and well-equipped, and the hosts were very attentive. They checked in with us multiple times to make sure we didn't need anything. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. We hope to visit again!

بصراحه اول شيء الشخص السيد كريم من اجمل الشخصيات الي قابلتها استقبلنا بنفسه شخصيتا وجاب لي شخص يطلع الي الشنط والأغراض وبصراحه وبمجرد وصولي شرح لي عن كل مميزات الشقه وكانت رائعه فوق المتوقع وحتى انه ضيفني بمشروبات بارده وساخنه في الشقه كضيافة منه وكان متابع معايا اول باول من وقت وصولي للمطار الي ما رجعت للمطار وكان كل يوم يهتم إذا كنت بحاجه لاي خدمه وسريع جدا لاي خدمات الله يعطيه العافيه وخلوق جدا جدا وموقع السكن قريبه لكل المناطق المهمه والسياحية للقاهرة وسهل جدا إذا حبيت. اطلب أوبر او تاكسي على الشارع العام معلم معروف وفي خدمات قدام السكن من كل شيء من بقالة ومطاعم وحلاق وقهاوي ومحل تلفونات وبصراحه رغم كتابتي لهذا كله إلا انه لا توصف بحق شخص مثله الله يسعده ويوفقه

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Mein Aufenthalt bei Ahmed war großartig! Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Der war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Wonderful stay tucked back from the gate with plants all around. Our flight arrived late on New Year's Eve. Karim was a very gracious host who stayed up past midnight on new year's to welcome us.

We stayed at Céline's place for a week and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is beautiful with lots of areas to read, have a coffee, and relax. Céline was very welcoming and helpful with all our questions as well. Thank you!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement que j’ai beaucoup aimé. L’appartement est très spacieux, bien aménagé et d’une propreté impeccable. Tout est pensé avec goût et confort. La vue depuis les deux chambres et le salon est vraiment superbe, un vrai plus. L’emplacement est très central, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer facilement en ville. Il est situé près d’une grande avenue, donc il peut y avoir un peu de bruit. L’hôte a été très réactif et vraiment sympathique, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Merci encore pour tout ! Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter.

Second time staying at Rania’s place. Another great stay. The flat is beautiful, clean and comfortable and the location is super handy for getting to lost places in central Cairo. Rania was friendly and responsive as always. I would highly recommend :)

We spent 10 amazing days in this lovely apartment in the heart of Cairo, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the window, you get a stunning panoramic view of the entire city especially magical at sunset. The whole family, including the kids, had a wonderful time. in the evening enjoying the fresh breeze and breathtaking view. The hospitality was exceptional from the very beginning. The owner welcomed us personally and stayed in touch throughout our stay, always ready to help with anything we needed. It made us feel incredibly comfortable and well taken care of. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained. The location is excellent all the major tourist attractions are within a 10 to 20-minute drive, which made exploring Cairo super easy. just a 3-minute walk away, we could enjoy boat rides on the Nile. We are already looking forward to coming back for our next holiday! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with a fantastic host.

للامانه السكن جدا رائع ومريح نفسيا المكان امن اصحاب المكان على تواصل دائم وفي خدمة النزيل في اي وقت يحتاجه السرير جدا نظيف والاغطيه نظيفه وكانك في فندق خمس نجوم مخدات مريحه ايضا اغلب ادوات المطبخ متوفره غاز متوفر مناشف متوفر مناديل متوفر صابون متوفر اكياس متوفره الراديو متوفر كل صباح نفتح البلكونه ونشغل القران ونستمتع بالقهوه السعوديه شاشتين في السكن الرئيسيه شاشه والصاله شاشه الاطلاله جميله المكان قريب ومعروف لاصحاب تطبيقات التوصيل من طلبات ومشاوير بلكونات كثيره في اغلب الغرف انا اوصي بالسكن في هذا المكان وايضا راح يكون خياري الاول عند قدومي الى القاهره السكن امن للعوائل باذن الله المكيفات متوفره بكل الغرف والصاله واخر شي تعامل الناس واصحاب السكن مريح ويحسسك انك في بيتك

This is a really nice flat and the host is helpful and accommodating, as well as being an interesting and well-travelled person. Omar's English and French are not just adequate but fully fluent, so communication is easy, and he reacts quickly to any questions. The apartment is really exceptionally quiet for Cairo; this is a rarity! Omar has some nice things and I felt at home here. It is fully equipped with everything you need, but not overstuffed with furniture, so it feels spacious. As others have said, lots of services nearby – bank, small supermarket, excellent restaurant, pharmacy...and ask for details of the ironing man round the corner who will do a lovely job on your shirts or dresses.

We had a wonderful 14-day stay as a family, and this was truly the best place for a long visit. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Mohammad was an amazing host — always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and offering help whenever needed. He made our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with a kind and helpful host

مكان جميل مطل على النيل واطلالة رائعة

The home was very clean and tidy, with modern amenities that really enhanced our stay. The apartment was in perfect condition and located close to shops and other conveniences, which is very practical for a stay in the heart of the city. The terrace was really a plus, private and secluded, perfect for sunny days. I highly recommend this apartment, even though we didn't spend much time inside. The bedding was super comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
