Cabin holiday rentals in Øksnes

Lise and Marius are excellent hosts! They are very kind and helpful, and even if we never needed their help since everything at the house was great, we always felt like they were easy to reach and happy to help with anything. The house is very nice with a beautiful view over the fjord, and the hot tub and grill house made the stay feel extra luxurious. We had an amazing stay and we already miss our beautiful house in the north :)

Jarle and Kirsten have been wonderful hosts, Sharing their private Holiday Home. It s located ca 20 min outside of Sortland with significant distance to the next Hut, ensuring maximal quietness&privacy, in Summer a Lake ia Close by. We found all we could possibly need in the hut. Watching the Northern lights from the Whirlpool (little extra) was a dream. We were feeding the wild birds and sad to leave such a nice place. Internet is quick and reliable. Communication with the hosts was super friendly and quick. Thumbs Up - clear recommendation if you search for a place to recharge your batteries.

Tore and Francine were amazing hosts! Tore speaks 6 languages so even my daughter the only speaks French could understand what was said. The surroundings are just completely incredible! Soo beautiful! The cabin we rented was very tiny for sure but it was the perfect size for a father and his daughter. My daughter wanted to stay longer. She liked it that much! So did I! Hopefully one day we'll get the chance to go back there!

What a wonderful family cottage !! The house, the view, the calm and the charm of a little port at the end of the world, everything is perfect. The house is very well equipped, it has everything you need. we couldn't go see the whales because of the bad weather but we had a great time in this place. a big thanks to Sissel for her kindness and generosity

Ik was hier alleen en vond het een geweldige ervaring. Alleen al de boottocht erheen ( ik kwam vanaf Myre ) is bij mooi weer grandioos. Al die eilanden en bergpieken om je heen, prachtig! En ook het huisje ligt prachtig en heel erg rustig. Ik was met de fiets en ben bij de halte Barkestad het eiland opgekomen. Ik kon tot ongeveer halverwege het huisje fietsen ( wel flink bergop ), en daarna is het nog zo'n kwartier lopen over een hobbelig pad. Achteraf had ik beter de halte Austringen kunnen nemen, dat is dichterbij het huisje en een veel beter en vlakker pad. Je moet dan wel van tevoren laten weten dat je daar afgezet / opgepikt wilt worden. Het huisje is gezellig ingericht en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Er was allerlei voedsel in huis, maar ik had alles zelf meegenomen, dus heb ik dat niet gebruikt ( weet ook niet of dat mocht ). Alles bij elkaar een echte aanrader!!! Bedankt Arnt dat ik hier kon verblijven!

We had a wonderful stay at Alf's cabin. The accommodation is extremely cosy, in the most beautiful surroundings and great value for money. Alf is an extremely friendly and responsive host. Thank you Alf!

Amazing. We loved the place. Insane views, actually better than the listing photos, the bed was supportive and great to sleep on. If we were to be picky to find fault, we would have loved to have had a microwave, but we knew this when booking, so still 5stars from us! Really amazing!

Wir (zwei Großeltern, eine Vierjährige und ihre Mutter) haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Ninas Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt wunderbar am Hang und bietet fantastische Ausblicke in alle Richtungen. Nina war eine äußerst zuvorkommende, aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin und im Kontakt sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben es sehr sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Im Haus haben wir viele Anregungen für Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung vorgefunden, es gab zahlreiches Info-Material und eine wunderbar ausgestattete Küche. Alle Kontakte im Ort und mit Ninas Familie waren äußerst freundlich. Wir hatten tolle Wanderungen und fantastische Tier- und Naturerlebnisse direkt vor der Haustür und am Fenster. Wir können Nina als Gastgeberin und das Haus sowohl in Hinsicht auf die fantastische Umgebung als auch auf gemütliche Stunden im Haus bedingungslos weiterempfehlen und würden sehr sehr gerne noch einmal wiederkommen.

Helt nydelig hus, og så fint på alle rommene! Det var ryddig og rent, enkel innsjekk og super service fra vertskap! Nyoppusset, masse kjøkkenutstyr så her følte man seg som hjemme! Mye flotte leker og bøker til de minste også. 10/10 opphold! ☺️

Wir hatten eine super gute Zeit in dem gemütlichen Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtet, super Ausstattung und toller Ausblick. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war top, gerne wieder!

Die einzigartige Lage und Ruhe hat uns begeistert. Kari war sehr proaktiv und hat uns mit Informationen und Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt. Ein paar Snacks standen auch für uns bereit. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch das kleine Ruderboot durften wir nutzen. Die Sauna mit Panoramablick ist super. Die Campingdusche war okay. Sie ist portabel und man kann sich auch draußen damit duschen. Wünschenswert wäre ein größerer Wasserdruck in der Küche und im Bad. Dort kommt das Wasser direkt aus dem Bach. Trinkwasser haben Kari & Inge in Kanistern zur Verfügung gestellt. Für eine einsame Hytte am Fjord ist sie gut ausgestattet.
