We were allowed to spend 8 days in Kathrine's beautiful house. The location, tranquility and view are unique. The whole house is very clean and maintained. You immediately feel comfortable, which is why a rainy day is no problem. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, so you can easily cater for yourself. The coffee machine and the Sodastream are particularly worth mentioning here. The beds are very comfortable and the Stressless armchairs in the living room invite you to relax. The whirlpool on the terrace with the great view is phenomenal. Kathrine responds to queries within a short time and also proactively passes on information. She informed us about the Artic Run, where we had the opportunity to meet her, which we were very pleased about. We totally enjoyed the days in Kathrine and Glenn's house and hope that we can come back in the winter.

We had two wonderful weeks in this cozy cabin at this very special place: We loved the view from the cabin onto the see, the short walk to the rocks to see the sunset, the kajaking between the tiny islands, the evenings in the outdoor bathtub, the hikes up to bolgtinden, through bolgborra and around the island, the bouldering behind the cabin, the slackline between the trees, the snorkeling in the bay... It is really a perfect place on an amazing island. Furthermore the cabin could not be better equipped and Edle Catharina is a very caring host, who explains everything in great detail. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us!

Beautiful cabin with everything we needed.

This was our first time in Lofoten. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely gorgeous. We wish we could have spent more time in the chairs, looking out the windows, but unfortunately had too much to do. We did tons of driving, but it was a great location for us.

Fantastic place!!! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve been to, if not actually The One:) warm welcome, incredible clean cabin (better then in the photos), Malin was so nice, helpful and made as feel like at home. Great distance do Bodø and all great hiking places. Hope to come back one day:)!!

A comfortable house with high-quality and stylish furnishings that immediately makes you feel at home. The view of the mountains and the fjord is magnificent. For us, the location was perfect for hiking in Rago and Sjunkhatten National Parks, as well as along the Helgeland coast. We felt very much at ease and highly recommend the accommodation.

Amazing views from all the cabin’s windows. Cabin was very comfortable with tools to cook and bake. Sauna and hot tub were nice. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful location, cosy hut. Everything you need. Schedule on the day of departure that you not only have to clean, but also wash and hang the linens.

We had a lovely stay in this cozy cabin. It's spacious for two people. We enjoyed walking in the area around the AirBnB. The fireplace made us feel right at home. Everything you need is provided and it was very clean and tidy. Would recommend!

We are so grateful to have had such a long stay in this house: the wonderful view to the see and the mountains in the changing light and colours was so beautiful - also the natural surrounding of the house - unforgetable! The house inside is very tastfully furnished - the kitchen perfect. We could feel, that Kundan lived here - sometime ago. The cabin is located in a magical space with most beautiful surroundings. The cabin is very cozy and to sit on the terrace was wonderful. The cabin has everything what one needs. Great outdoor possibilities.

This was one of the nicest places we've ever been to. We loved the view of the sea, were able to watch oyster fishers, seagulls, eagles and otters from the sofa. In the immediate vicinity we saw moose and reindeer. It was great! The place is very thoughtful with a lot of love for detail. We will be back at any time.

This cabin is THE best place I’ve stayed in! It had all things necessary for a comfortable living, it took us half an hour to figure out stuff but once we got the hang of it, it was just magical. Birger and Martin are excellent hosts, the collection they have at this place is unmatched and something which impressed me a lot. 11/10 recommended!

We can’t say enough positive things about this rorbu in Nusfjord. It is a wonderful cabin right on the water with spectacular views. It is very quiet and comfortable. We will definitely try to stay there again if we get back to Nusfjord. Cecilie was an excellent host who made the process seamless.

We were very lucky - we enjoyed mountain hikes in beautiful May weather and this fisherman’s cabin which was such a lovely surprise! It was as it is described and much more. It was very spacious, right on the water, had incredible views and everything we needed. The location was also very convenient - close to everything but a bit away so very romantic. Judith, her home and Storemolla Island are heaven on earth. We were welcomed by Judith, and we quickly became friends. She is an incredibly friendly and delightful woman--generous, kind, and attentive to her guests' needs. The cottage is a comfortable, well-equipped house with spectacular views out of every window. The island of Storemolla has several well-marked trails, a lovely road walk, a beautiful beach, and picturesque villages on either end of the road. We connected with a local boat skipper and travelled to Trollsford and fished for cod. Yes, it's remote, but you won't be bored. And Judith will keep you laughing, and if you're fortunate, she'll treat you to her waffles or cake. Judith literally may have saved my husband's life. She's an angel of mercy.

We loved the unique location and tranquility. Kari was very proactive and provided us with information and tips for excursions. A few snacks were also ready for us. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were also allowed to use the small rowing boat. The sauna with panoramic views is great. The camping shower was okay. It is portable and you can also take a shower outside. A greater water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom would be desirable. There the water comes directly from the creek. Drinking water has provided Kari & Inge in canisters. For a secluded Hytte on the fjord, it's well-equipped.

This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we’ve ever stayed. The location is so calm, and the views onto the lake never got old. We were here in May and loved watching the light change around the lake and mountains in the distance late into the night. It’s stunning - and such a relaxing place to stay with our family. The house has everything you could need and Tanja is a perfect host. It’s also an excellent position to explore the south, and worth the extra bit of driving for such a peaceful place to stay. I hope we get the chance to come back to the Lofoten Islands, and if we do we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My fiance and I spent the most incredible week in Lofoten at Telma’s cabin during the polar night! Grunnforfjord is absolutely spectacular in the winter season and we completely fell in love with the scenery, the wildlife and the northern lights displays which we had on pretty much every evening of our stay. The cabin has everything you could need and the wood burner kept us warm throughout. The separate annexe has some of the best views you could wake up to and we even had an otter walk past the window. We will certainly be coming back to Lofoten in the spring/summer months and if you are looking for a peaceful retreat this is the best we have experienced so far!

this place was just wow....panoramic view of the eidsfjord, spotless and cosy interior (the photos do not do it justice) and lots of thoughtful touches around the cabin. We loved fishing in the fjord in the evening. Great stay!

This was hands down the greatest place I’ve ever stayed at on vacation. The location may be the most beautiful place on the planet, and there is a large private wraparound porch to enjoy the view. The place is very clean, very convenient, and perfectly situated for a family.
