Townhome holiday rentals in Okaloosa Island

Traci’s home is beautiful - inside and out! It was perfect for our family and friends to all stay together, and even had some adorable areas for our children (a children’s space under the stairs & a kids picnic table outside). There are a TON of turtles by the dock and the kids had so much fun watching them. Every bathroom had a nice walk-in shower and the bedrooms were very spacious. It was a quiet location and the golf carts were great! Would highly recommend to anyone and we hope to be back again!

This location is 10 out of 10! The host was quick to communicate and directions were detailed and easy to follow!

The condo matched the description on Airbnb. There were a couple of items that needed to be fixed and the response from Renata was fast and efficient. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of shelves/drawers to keep our clothes in. The front door had a keypad that was easy to use. The beach is within 3 min walking distance from the condo. There is a coffee shop and an Alvin’s within walking distance also. There is a balcony to sit and relax and drink coffee in the morning.

The photos don’t do this place justice! It is much bigger than we expected. Very nice place and close to a lot of things. Would recommend!

Very accurate description. Our family doesn’t need the latest and greatest decor. We only care that we have a clean home to stay in and it was clean. We enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed that everyone had their own bathroom. Mike was very quick to text back with any questions I had. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved staying here in March. Loved the area and Kate’s place has everything you need to make it a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Can’t beat the location, lots to do within walking distance. Kate was super responsive and answered any questions that may have popped up quickly. Love to stay here again !

We really enjoyed our stay! So much we requested to stay another night. We have 3 kids and this place was perfect for our family. Quiet, clean and great location. The golf cart was an extra bonus that we really enjoyed.. drive straight to the beach or a ride around the neighborhood at night. The back porch was peaceful and loved it was screened in. They had so much beach supplies in the garage.. wagon, toys, games, coolers, chairs and more… we never stayed at a place that had so many beach supplies! We will definitely be staying again! The hosts were responsive and great too!

The place is great and nice, I like the gated community and golf cart access so we didn’t have to take our cars out very often. Just a short 5 min golf cart drive to the beach. My family enjoyed staying here a lot. Kids definitely enjoyed the bunk beds. Host also has a variety of beach amenities ready so we didn’t have to rent anything at the beach, which is so nice. They also have beach ball and toys. Will book again.

We had an amazing time at Neal's place. The property was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked with everything needed for our stay. Our hosts were awesome. Meredith was an awesome host! She was very responsive, descriptive and even gave excellent recommendations. This space felt like home for my family and I and had everything we needed. The home was clean and beautiful just like the pictures. The location was quiet and within 5 minutes to grocery stores and shopping. The beach was a 9 minute walk and had an easy access. 10/10 recommend booking with Meredith!!

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Great location with the house being a few minutes golf cart ride to easy beach access and a community pool right down the street which was large with ample seating. Traci was very responsive and open to questions. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we return.

We loved staying here! The price is a little appalling- but you do get what you pay for in terms of privacy, location, views, and the space itself. During our stay we had a transformer blow right outside of our window which caused the power to go out - the host was extremely responsive and on top of the power company! We appreciated the patios furniture and the boogie boards and toys left for the kids! The wagon was very helpful too. The appliances were clean and the house was well kept!! They left a vacuum out for use and that was super helpful for sand. There is a playpen too, which they should list!

Holly welcomed us with open arms and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is a great deal with the option of the private beach. A quiet neighborhood with lots of places nearby for food and activities. We definitely enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Destin and everything it has to offer.
