Apartment holiday rentals in Okaloosa Island

My friend and I spent two nights here as a little mini beach trip and the connivence is well worth every penny. We were right by the water and the sand was so clean and white. Beautiful ocean view and a (surprisingly) quiet condo for us going on a holiday weekend! The condo location is right in between TONS of places to visit, dine and explore. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Making entry to the unit was the most difficult. The code to the smart lock was either wrong in the confirmation or not given. Our flight was delayed more than 5 hours, pushed our check in time after midnight. Understandably, it took a few a tries to get in contact with the host with it being so late. Eventually, we got in, and enjoyed the rest of our stay in an immaculate place and the scenery surrounding it.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4. So close to the beach and easy-access to the pool. We can’t get over how awesome the location is. They have everything you need to have a great beach vacation!

Exceptional. My family which is a group of 5 had a good experience at this location… The only issue I would have to say is the couch in the living room needs to be replaced. It wasn’t the cleanest so we didn’t use the pullout bed. So all 3 of my kids had to share one bed.. 13,13,18 years old. So they were probably the most uncomfortable. But other than that everything was awesome. I would definitely recommend for a smaller group.

This was the first time for us all to see the ocean/beach. The place was very clean and comfortable. No issues whatsoever. Everything we needed to use the kitchen except cooking oil. Lots of ocean toys for kids. No chairs or umbrella available. Some beaches offer them or you can rent some. I do wish we had known of the possibility of live music next door at the Elks. That was quite loud at times. Definitely could use some Fishing poles available or crab pots and bait recommendations. That would’ve made the stay even better. Overall I highly recommend this place to stay! This is right in the middle of going either direction for whatever you want to do.

Overall, our stay was great. The majority of the property was booked all weekend. Little different staying in a location with multiple renters, much like a bed and brekkie. I enjoyed our space - we weren’t around much but you can hear very clearly your neighbors since it’s only a door that separates you. Quiet time is 10 and everyone followed that which was good. We enjoyed the dock the most. I sat for hours and watched dolphins play right in front of me. The dock needs some work with the sun getting to it but pretty typical in Florida. The grounds were kept clean and nice. Crystal was our co-host and she was amazing. Responsive and communicative - we were even able to check in a liter early. Bed on our side of the manor is pretty soft, so it was the couch for me as it’s more firm. I’d stay again but maybe in the guesthouse where it’s more quiet as that’s my preference. Parking can be tricky so be prepared. Three boat trailers while we stayed but I had my own space. Enjoyed it!

The place was exactly like the pictures and the views were stunning. the location was peaceful with some cute restaurants nearby. the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked for being so small. I would add to make sure that you bring coffee filters. The elevator was fast and functional. beach access was so close. it was a beautiful place to stay, great for one or two people!

From check in to check out the process was smooth and efficient! There were a few rules before checking out such as taking out your trash washing the dishes which everyone should do regardless! The location is a short walk to the beach. I packed a wagon and beach necessities and pulled the wagon to the public beach access which was a 5-10 minute walk. The only negative (can’t complain much) is not being able to see the beach view from the balcony. You see building and huge hotels. But I would rather take the walk and pay way less for way better any day. The host was very responsive and friendly and I do give a 5/5 star rating! Thank you Michael for making our vacation the best vacation!

We really cherished our stay here. Condo was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The gated pool was right outside the back door. The condo was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. We were very pleased to see there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and a lunch cooler bag in the kitchen closet. Made our days at the beach 10x better. The pool area was very clean, picnic tables available. Bbq grill behind the pool area. Laundry room did not have a coin machine or detergent dispenser so be sure to bring some. Danice was very responsive and friendly. We will absolutely be coming back to stay at this condo next time we visit. Our kids were very sad to be leaving. We don’t have a single bad thing to say. We really really enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet.

Perfect for a trip to the beach. Kitchen had all the basics; a quick trip to the grocery store and we were able to eat “at home”. Beds were great for the kids, having a separate bedroom for the adults was great. Host was very responsive!!

I was hesitant booking this place but Natalie reassured me that it met all my needs and it did. The sunsets off the balcony are absolutely breathtaking. It’s an elevator ride and steps to the beach. It’s a perfect spot for a little family get away. The beach is not crowded. We never made it to the pool but it was nice. We felt right at home. We highly recommend 604A!!

This place was just what we needed it was very welcoming, relaxing, and in good spot! The relaxation of the water hitting the little shore next to building! Where there was a couple of sitting places very enjoyable! I would recommend Marks place for anyone who wants to just relax and unwind! I give this place a 10 out 10 and Mark was very nice and responsive to our needs!

Our condo was great with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was very quick to reply with any questions or concerns that we had.

Kim was such a joy to book with! She was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Her place was an absolute dream! Literally steps from the private beach access! The little outdoor Sand Flea restaurant there was really good too. Everything looked even better than in the pictures! I would love to book with her for another staycation in the future. Lots to do (or not do!) and fantastic location! I thoroughly enjoyed my sunrise coffee and late night walk on the beach. Thank you for being so helpful, Kim! We all had a great time! Our girls said it was perfect ❤️

Came here unexpectedly after a college visit in Louisville, was not planning a beach trip at all. For the heck of it my daughter and I checked airbnb, & found this gem 9 hours away and booked it ! Best decision we made ! Quiet location, we have never been to this area, always siesta key. The beach was just as beautiful, water so clear! The resort was very nice. Multiple pools, fitness center, tennis access, mini golf, basketball all available. We were limited on time but would definitely come back ! Everyone here was so friendly ! Our rental unit was just a studio but it was all we needed for our three night stay.

The condo views was incredible and had plenty of room. The freezer was broken so was a little frustrating and the bathroom shower in the main could have been cleaner do to it looked like some mildew but all and all the place was great, the walk to the beach was short, the sand and water was just like the caribbean. The balcony was large and very nice. I would definitley stay there again.

Douglas's 2 Bedroom condo was the perfect choice for us!! Exactly like the pictures!! It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need!! He has a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, 2 coolers with wheels and a bag of toys for kids available to use. We used the cooler and beach chairs every day. Douglas was a great host and answered any questions I had quickly!! He also allowed us an early check-in which was much appreciated!! The Palms of Destin is a nice place with a resort like feel. The pool was very nice!! They have a restaurant on site and a fun bar. They have a free shuttle to take you to the beach if you don't want to walk the 10 minutes. The condo is in the perfect location for Destin with the beach, restaurants and many attractions close by. We will definitely be back and stay with Douglas again!!

This was perfect for a long getaway weekend! This was our babymoon, so being 8 months pregnant it was nice to have everything so close to us! Walking distance to beach was nice, short, and easy to access! My husband forgot his swim trunks (of course) thankfully we were right about an Alvin’s Island! We were right next to my favorite restaurant, Shunk Gulley, and a great ice cream place/ coffee shop!! All in all a smaller perfect getaway for 2 🤩 very easy responsive host as well!

Piotr’s place was lovely- it had everything one could need on vacation! We loved the proximity to everything. We have a young toddler and the different pool options were a hit as they weren’t too deep and helped her build her confidence. Hubs and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony at night!

We really enjoyed this condo! The view was amazing the pictures were exact. The town is lovely the space was accommodating for 6 adults one teenager and one infant. We definitely recommend and would stay here again
