Brian and Aleyda are outstanding hosts! Their Beach House is located a very short walk - 1 minute - to the Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place is perfect for couples and families, well equipped and spotlessly clean. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is close enough to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but far enough away so you are not bothered by the noise and traffic, then this is the perfect place. Hosts are very accommodating, communicate quickly and are always willing to assist with any questions. We spoke to neighbors on the Beach who asked us where we are staying, and they told us that Brian and Aleyda's house is the best in the area, and they are great people. We will definitely be returning.

1 Block Away from the beach , definitely a prime location ! Comes with parking which is great luckily we didn’t need to leave often cause it can get tricky definitely take a small car. Comes with beach chairs and umbrella which was helpful. It’s a studio which was perfectly fine for us , full equipment kitchen to cook.

This was a perfect spot for a long weekend getaway for my wife and I! We really enjoyed the unit on the top floor of the building, it was more than enough space for the two us , and it had a number of nice restaurants within only a few miles away. It is only 25-30 mins south of ft. lauderdale, so it was very convenient to travel in for the air show and for a fishing charter we took out of ft. lauderdale. We also appreciated the parking pass was included with the reservation, which was great! We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

Even before booking, Arthur was very helpful answering questions and was extremely quick to reply. Check in, and out, was simple. The unit was beautiful and accurately reflected in the photos. One of the things that drew us to the property was the beach, including access to the residence/hotel’s beach attendants, offering chairs, umbrellas, towels and ice cold water. This did not disappoint. Although this was only a short stay, we would love to return to Arthur’s place for our next Ft Lauderdale vacation.

Dreamed Lugar. Just entering the apartment and facing the sea from a 39th floor is unparalleled and mind-blowing. The beds in the 3 rooms are spectacular!!! The resort pool is SUPER and host Mike is very attentive and diligent, he responds immediately to every query. I recommend not to miss this place that, although it does not fall into the economic category if I assure you that making an effort you will spend unforgettable days in this fabulous penthouse!!! Thank you thank you Mike

Rafael was very responsive and accommodating as we had packages delivered ahead of time which he kindly took inside ahead of our arrival. The location can't be beat. One min walk to the beach!

This house is a real gem! It’s spacious, comfy and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space and watching the wildlife roam about, it felt like I was in the islands. I would definitely recommend and absolutely stay here again. P.S. One of guests wanted to include how lovely the linens smelled.😊

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

if you are coming to visit North Miami, Miami Beach this private Villa is perfect for a family trip to visit South Beach, the host was absolutely amazing The View was absolutely amazing if I could give it 10 Stars I would and I will definitely be staying again with my family we had a great Father's Day weekend thank you so much!

Olena was a wonderful host — super friendly and responsive! The room was beautiful and clean, and the pool area was such a nice touch. We especially loved the spacious and cozy backyard — perfect for relaxing. The space was more than enough for our group of 8. Even the daybed in the study was more spacious than expected, and the sofa had adjustable backrests, which made it incredibly comfortable — even for sleeping! Everything was tidy and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Having surgery is very scary but staying at this condo was a game changer. So peaceful and serene. When we came back from the hospital it was the peace we felt there that really seemed to lift our spirits and filled our hearts with hope. Thank you Maria For making our stay so peaceful. It makes a difference. Loved the condo and the atmosphere. Many nice places to eat nearby and the pool was our haven! Hope I don’t have to have surgery again but if I do I will want to come there. Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.
