Literal steps away from the beach was a dream about this place. It was cute, clean, comfortable. Eliran was informative, very accomodating, and communicated everything that was needed! Will stay again for sure!

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Brian and Aleyda are outstanding hosts! Their Beach House is located a very short walk - 1 minute - to the Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place is perfect for couples and families, well equipped and spotlessly clean. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is close enough to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but far enough away so you are not bothered by the noise and traffic, then this is the perfect place. Hosts are very accommodating, communicate quickly and are always willing to assist with any questions. We spoke to neighbors on the Beach who asked us where we are staying, and they told us that Brian and Aleyda's house is the best in the area, and they are great people. We will definitely be returning.

This was a perfect spot for a long weekend getaway for my wife and I! We really enjoyed the unit on the top floor of the building, it was more than enough space for the two us , and it had a number of nice restaurants within only a few miles away. It is only 25-30 mins south of ft. lauderdale, so it was very convenient to travel in for the air show and for a fishing charter we took out of ft. lauderdale. We also appreciated the parking pass was included with the reservation, which was great! We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

Even before booking, Arthur was very helpful answering questions and was extremely quick to reply. Check in, and out, was simple. The unit was beautiful and accurately reflected in the photos. One of the things that drew us to the property was the beach, including access to the residence/hotel’s beach attendants, offering chairs, umbrellas, towels and ice cold water. This did not disappoint. Although this was only a short stay, we would love to return to Arthur’s place for our next Ft Lauderdale vacation.

Dreamed Lugar. Just entering the apartment and facing the sea from a 39th floor is unparalleled and mind-blowing. The beds in the 3 rooms are spectacular!!! The resort pool is SUPER and host Mike is very attentive and diligent, he responds immediately to every query. I recommend not to miss this place that, although it does not fall into the economic category if I assure you that making an effort you will spend unforgettable days in this fabulous penthouse!!! We stayed at Rocio’s place to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience. Her home was absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Rocio was super accommodating and very responsive from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. One of the highlights for our family was having a TV in every room, which made relaxing easy for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed, making it feel just like home. Traveling with babies can be tricky, but Rocio went above and beyond to provide everything we needed to make their stay more comfortable, which we deeply appreciated. If you're looking for a great place to stay in the Hallandale or Aventura area, don’t hesitate to book Rocio’s home. It’s absolutely worth it!

This house is a real gem! It’s spacious, comfy and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space and watching the wildlife roam about, it felt like I was in the islands. I would definitely recommend and absolutely stay here again. P.S. One of guests wanted to include how lovely the linens smelled.😊

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

Amazing home & amenities! It is located on a canal, which was super peaceful. The pool was wonderful, we did not need the heater because of how refreshing it was. Super close to downtown Fort Lauderdale & Lauderdale by the Sea. The home itself was clean and equipped with everything we would need for the beach/daytime.

if you are coming to visit North Miami, Miami Beach this private Villa is perfect for a family trip to visit South Beach, the host was absolutely amazing The View was absolutely amazing if I could give it 10 Stars I would and I will definitely be staying again with my family we had a great Father's Day weekend thank you so much!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

The place was amazing and host responded to all the questions and needs quickly . Definitely will stay here next time!

Having surgery is very scary but staying at this condo was a game changer. So peaceful and serene. When we came back from the hospital it was the peace we felt there that really seemed to lift our spirits and filled our hearts with hope. Thank you Maria For making our stay so peaceful. It makes a difference. Loved the condo and the atmosphere. Many nice places to eat nearby and the pool was our haven! Hope I don’t have to have surgery again but if I do I will want to come there. Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.
