Comfortable accommodation at a good price. Small and simple, but perfect for my needs. Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed to make my food. Strong AC. The off-street parking out back felt secure. Nice outdoor space to eat my breakfast. 20 minute drive from the Hard Rock Casino where I was attending a work event. I appreciated that they accommodated a late check out, even though I was asked to pay an extra $30 for just one hour which seemed a bit pricey. That said, some Airbnb’s don’t allow it at all, so at least it was an option. Overall it was a good stay and I recommend it for a single person or a couple looking for an efficient but comfy place to stay.

Recent stayed here had a quick family event. The owner was super responsive and friendly! The home we stayed in was spacious and clean. Easy access to highway, restaurants and shops . I would definitely book again.

My Family and I enjoyed our stay at Martin’s place. We felt at home and it was less than 4 miles from the beach which was the reason for our visit. Martin is very accommodating and responsive to any requests you may have while on your stay. I would highly recommend you stay here if in the area. Very reasonable pricing and we will be staying here again if we visit the area.

Lovely little studio! Visited for a long weekend and enjoyed the cool, comfortable space. We were able to walk to all of our meals and really enjoyed the area. Fernando was super welcoming and helpful. I would absolutely recommend!

El alojamiento es tal como se promociona. Muy comodo y limpio. Tiene un patio muy amplio. el parqueo es cómodo. Esta muy cerca del Hard rock stadium. Hay gasolineras y sitios para hacer compras rápidas muy cerca. 100% recomendado. Jessica siempre estuvo atenta y sus instrucciones fueron claras. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Excelente lugar, limpio, organizado, perfecto para estadía de pareja con niño. Nos permitió ingresar un poco mas temprano, las instrucciones fueron claras y sencillas para ingresar, siempre respondió con rapidez, nos quedo perfecto para nuestro vuelo que era muy temprano, el vecindario es muy acogedor y cuenta con comercio cerca.

Brayan was an amazing host and his hospitality was the best. I had accidentally booked the airbnb for one party instead of two, in which there would’ve been an additional $30 dollars for the inconvenience of having another party stay overnight that wasn’t originally in the booking. I clarified that to Brayan and he kindly let me know that I wouldn’t have to pay the extra $30 for my partner and I. I will definitely be rebooking his BnB when I revisit Miami soon!

Very nice place for a weekend visit. Lots to do around and easy to travel to near entertainment. The place was clean and well kept, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I recommend!!

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

I really enjoyed how beautiful and modern it was, surrounded by great restaurants and the code system for easy access and not having to worry about losing a key coming in and out of my room and building. The communication was clear, simple and on time for everything that I needed for my stay. It was very clean, beautiful and convenient for me to move around from.

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

Por segunda vez nos hemos alojado en este hermoso departamento de Peter, y reitero lo que dije antes, es el mejor que nos hemos alojado en Miami. Muy completo, además de hermoso, elegante y amplio. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Para la playa teníamos sombrilla, reposeras y hasta un cooler para llevar bebidas frescas! La vista que tiene desde el piso 15 no tiene comparación. El edificio está en muy buenas condiciones y siempre encontramos lugar en el parking para estacionar. Fue otra estadía excelente. Gracias Peter por todo, y seguramente volveremos a alojarnos ahí! Oscar place was well maintained and good for family as well. The house is also situated in a calm neighbourhood that is an added bonus. I recommend his place to others.

The perfect place to stay! 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport, 30 minutes away from downtown Miami. The home is clean and everything matches the photos. The kitchen is newly renovated and the living room is spacious. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever visit the area. A+ hosting as well.

Great stay. The place was very clean and looked just like the pics. Location is in a great spot which is not too far from Miami beach and other amenities. This was my first visit to Florida and I couldn't be more happier with this airbnb I chose to stay at. Will be booking again in the near future. The hosts also responds very very quickly. Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

Excellent choix pour nos 4 jours en famille. Il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire sur place (au-delà de mes attentes) pour profiter de la place: chaises pliantes, jouets de sable, body board, glacière, etc.. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Il était dans un complexe locatif. Le site lui-même était aussi bien entretenu. Nous avions accès direct à piscine et plage. L'hôte était très réactif et ne nous a demandé aucune tâche particulière pour le départ, nous informant que l'équipe de ménage faisait tout!
