La Excelencia en el Servicio por parte de Carlos, Atento a cada detalle, me sentí en casa y como si estuviera hablando con un viejo amigo. Encontrar este nivel de SERVICIO fue más que bueno . Sin duda seguiré hospedándome porque la excelencia está en este lugar y carlos es SERVICIO desde la comunicación, experiencia y empatía.

Excelente anfitrión, siempre muy amable y atento. Al momento de llegar te sientes como en casa, está cerca del metro por lo que te puedes mover por toda la ciudad sin problemas y hay buenos puestos de comida cerca. 💯

El depa está bien ubicado junto a plaza Toreo y el centro Banamex a 15 minutos caminando. El único "pero" que le pongo es que debido a la orientación la ventana de la habitacion queda justo del lado donde sale el sol en la mañana y la persiana que está instalada no lo tapa, por lo que todos los días nos despertaba a las 7 de la mañana

I loved Cindy’s place! I lived in CDMX for 5 years, so I know the area well. Though the Airbnb is in a prime area for tourists with a lot of activity, it’s a quiet street and community. Elena was extremely helpful in walking me through everything at check-in. Cindy was very responsive and provided all the necessary details without me having to ask. All the basics are provided and the building is very secure with a 24h doorman. Great small cafe across the street that opens early if you happen to be an early riser. All of the restaurants and things to-do in Condesa and Roma are within a 30 min walk or 10 min uber ride. Though it’s a studio, the layout and furniture are well placed and there’s plenty of space for two people (or one with a lot of luggage). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a conveniently located, spotless but comfy airbnb!

Perfect for my short stay as a solo traveler. It was my first time in the city and the location couldn't have been better. My friends in the city all commented on what a good neighborhood it was in. Very secure with the 24 hour security guard, and close to lots of food and shopping.

I needed a place to relax and work on a large project for work, and Maria's place was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and a desk with a great view on the 3rd floor. Overall, highly recommend!

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations -10x nicer and spacious in person, photos did not do it justice. My friend and I were extremely pleased with the speediness of Jimena’s responses, the thought to all details in the Airbnb, and wonderful door service by Diego. The apt smells lovely and clean, very walkable to lots of cute coffee shops, and safe. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

Lugar bonito, acogedor, limpio y seguro. La limpieza excelente, ubicación estaba bien para nosotros. Abril siempre atenta, amable y clara, el precio súper Justo y accesible. Tal cual como se ve en las fotos es así el alojamiento. Nos gusto mucho estar ahí! Gracias

El departamento superó mis expectativas, super bien equipado. Si bien el edificio no es tan lindo ni nuevo, como remodelaron el departamento parece otro lugar. El balcon si bien da al pulmon de la manzana, tiene vista bastante abierta y da el sol. Ademas hay una mesita con enchufe y pude trabajar desde ahi. El equipamiento de cocina es super completo: cafetera de filtro, prensa francesa, ollas, sartenes, tostadora, microondas... de todo. Y ademas algo que suma mucho es que tiene filtro de agua potable. Tiene dos baños, tambien super equipados y lavadora y secadora. Es muy tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, por lo cual se puede descansar muy bien. El trato y la atención de Ren fue impecable. Necesite instrucciones con la cafetera y contesto de inmediato, super atento a todo. La zona en si es la zona rosa, no es lo mas top de CDMX pero esta cerca de todo y se puede andar tranquilo. Definitivamente super conforme y lo volvería a elegir! Muchas gracias!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

Excelente airbnb como descrito en las fotos en el corazón de Polanco! Excelente localización para dirigirse a los principales puntos de interés ya sea caminando, en bici, en Uber. El apartamento impecable con justo lo necesario en un apartamento con seguridad privada las 24 horas lo que nos hizo sentir muy seguros Gaby siempre fue una host súper amable y nos ayudó en lo que ocupamos y siempre estuvo atenta, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería !

Fantastic! Highlights: Super easy check-in with a 24/7 front doorman. This made things feel safe and accessible regardless of arrival time. Fantastic (and quiet!) space for a family with two young kids. Patio was a wonderful respite from fumes and sounds. Full kitchen and laundry were much more valuable than we expected when we got stuck in the rain. Responsive host and in a great location. Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful apartment with lovely decorations and all the necessary amenities. Adrián was proactive in communicating with us about check in and made sure he was around to let us in. He gave us tips and recommendations and was available for any questions we may have along the way. The apartment was off the main Street so very quiet but close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be staying here on our next visit to CDMX!
