This newly freshened, mid-century home is located in the city limits of Manchester, KY, a Trail Town. It sits just a few hundred feet from the Salt Works Village and boat ramp to Goose Creek. It is a short walk or drive to one of our many swinging bridges, the Clay County Historical Society, and a number of restaurants, stores, and churches. A five minute drive can have you to the Federal Correctional Institute, AdventHealth Manchester Hospital, or Beech Creek Campground and Lake.

This unit is a condo overlooking a beautiful spring-fed lake and a wonderful mountain background. Feel free to take a stroll around the property, and in the evening make a fire and roast marshmallows. This location is just over 11 miles off of I75.
