Tino‘s Tiny House ist ein kleines, eigenständiges Häuschen im Wormser Vorort Weinsheim. Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen ein: - ein Spaziergang am Eisbach - ein Abstecher in die Brauerei Sander - Sonnenuntergänge zwischen Weinreben und Feldern - fußläufige Spielplätze für Kinder Uvm. Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.

Living & relaxing in the Palatinate vineyards

The basement apartment is located directly on the vineyards and is characterized by its particularly quiet location. Through a separate entrance and hallway with a large wardrobe, mirror, storage shelf and piano, you enter the cozy apartment. It has a very nice bedroom with a double bed, a daylight bathroom with a large shower and a cozy kitchen-living room. In good weather you can enjoy your food or just a good glass of wine outside directly on the vineyards.

Old saddlery

Our apartment "Alte Sattlerei" is ideal for short breaks and also a little longer, as it is absolutely quiet. Our courtyard invites you to relax and dream. As the name suggests, the apartment is a former saddlery and everything around it and the courtyard breathes the breath of the past, leaving stress and business behind. In good weather, our roof terrace can also be used; we describe our large garden as a well-kept wild garden (picture with long-eared owl).

Idyllic oasis in the natural garden

Relax in a quiet location on the outskirts. You have a separate access, the part of the garden with covered terrace is exclusively available to you. The Barbarossa cycle path is very close. 4 km away begins the German Wine Route, Worms is only 12 km away. Various opportunities for tasting regional wines round off your vacation days. Note: The lamellar roof must be opened in extreme weather conditions! Signal quality of the Wi-Fi can be fluctuating!

The feel-good apartment

Our house is located at a hill in a real quiet residential neighbourhood. The modernized non-smoking apartment has got two bedrooms with king-size beds, a living room with a daybed, a completely redecorated bathroom and a new kitchen-cum-living room. Our guests are invited to use the big garden - garden furniture, a parasol and a Weber-Grill is available. We reserved a parking slot directly in front of our house especially for our guests.

Relaxing by the forest

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

A gem in the wine region

Our apartment is new. It has a fully equipped small kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet, Mediterranean-style backyard. In summer there is a seating area and a fireplace. Bikes can be stored in the yard or in our bicycle workshop. There are also tools for possible repairs and a power connection for e-bikes. We carry out wine tastings on request and by appointment. Breakfast is available on request, including vegan.

Enjoy your stay in a newly renovated semi-detached house overlooking the Donnersberg Mountain. Conveniently located minutes from the highway, the apartment offers perfect connections to the Niebelungenstadt Worms, Kaiserslautern, Mainz, Mannheim and Frankfurt. Enjoy the tranquility of the place, which invites you to hike or linger in nature, or relax on a city trip to learn more about the history of the North Palatinate.
