Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (sofa bed, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the Southern Palatinate. In a house built in 1904, centrally located in Landau, 2 rooms, kitchenette, as well as a shower room await you. We were with a couple of girls for a night at the accommodation. Alex explained everything super well in advance and was always available. We had a lot of space in the two apartments. The air conditioning and the pool were just right for the hot temperatures. The large kitchen and living room invite you to a great evening together. It was all very clean and nicely prepared. Definitely recommended. :-)

We felt very comfortable in the Palatinate and in the apartment. 🍷🌲 Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was very clean and everything you need in everyday life was available. The location of the accommodation was really incredibly beautiful and quiet. But you have to remember that it seems to be a small village. But that was not a problem for us, rather an advantage for the relaxation factor. The value for money of the apartment was absolutely right.

Nice little apartment, just across the street from the train station. There are inexpensive parking spaces within walking distance (€3 per day). The slightly larger bedroom is on the street and therefore a bit noisy. Not tragic in March, it didn't bother us. The apartment was very clean, the key box allowed us to check in flexibly. The kitchen is super equipped, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable and would book again anytime.
