The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Whether hiking, jogging, cycling or simply walking - experience wine with all your senses and in every season. Cyclists on the Kocher-Jagst cycle path are welcome to stay with us.

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. You find in few minutes to foot numerous ✔Cafés ✔Restaurants & ✔Shops. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

The attic apartment is newly renovated and fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also invites you to a longer stay. It is only 100 m from the Neckar promenade. Bakers, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The Neckar Valley and the vineyards invite you to hike and cycle. The view from the apartment is directed to the old town and the castle of Bad Wimpfen. It's definitely worth a visit!

Die Einliegerwohnung ist möbliert und wird 2026 das erste Mal vermietet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Geschirrspülmaschine. Im Bad gibt es einen Waschtrockner und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung. WLAN/LAN mit 1000MBit/s Glasfaseranschluss ist vorhanden. Es gibt überall Fußbodenheizung. Ein eigener Stellplatz wird in den nächsten Wochen fertig. Es gibt genug kostenlose Parkplätze im Wohngebiet.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
