I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

The home is a bright and inviting apartment located in a high basement with windows that provide plenty of daylight. The living room and bedroom are particularly bright and spacious and are connected. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in November 2018 and appear modern and well-maintained. There is a storage room in the apartment that we use ourselves. However, we make sure to avoid it when there are guests. I emphasize that the apartment is always clean and presentable.

This apartment is in a great location. The Odense river is 5 minutes walk away and all the attractions of the city are close by. The location is quiet and very private. Very nice apartment in a small house. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is very nice. The kitchen had everything you need. The bathroom is comfortable and spacious. You can adjust the heat yourself. We were very friendly and helpful. You can park on the same street, but you have to consider that there are not always places. We got a place on a side street. Everything in the city is within walking distance.

We had a nice time in Morten's apartment. It is very cozy and tastefully decorated. With about 20 minutes' walk to the pretty city center and a short walk to the highway, the apartment is very well located. In addition, it is quiet and we got a parking space without problems. Great apartment, highly recommend it.
