The house has an amazing view and with privacy, equipped to get away from the routine. Loved it. The large pool was always with cold water and the chapoteadero ideal for the little ones. If I would definitely go back.

We had an excellent family stay! The house is beautiful and very spacious, everything is very tidy. The administrator Sofia who received us, a great and pleasant person! Always attentive! In my opinion, the only drawback is the cost of the boiler, which we paid for, but the water was not at a good temperature. I understand that it was due to the weather, as we had a lot of rain. Other than that, everything was very good.

The house is super nice, clean and the pool temperature is perfect. Raúl is very kind. It's definitely a place you shouldn't miss. 🤗🫶

Excellent place to spend time with friends, quite large and very cozy rooms, just be aware of the water pump when bathing, so as not to run out of water.

We were with three families in Mauricio's house and had a great time. The tower room is beautiful, the view breathtaking. All rooms were lovingly furnished, there was great Mexican dishes, in general beautiful details throughout the house, from the pictures on the walls, to the pillows, or washbasins. The garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers, a great view, there was something to discover everywhere. The employees Mel, Victoria and Gilberto were extremely courteous and did a great job. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The house is very nice and the hosts were very friendly at all times. We had a pleasant stay and appreciate the attention they gave us. However, there are a few points worth mentioning for future improvements. The extra cost for the person who "helps" in the house seemed high, especially considering that during the first days she was more focused on her cell phone, the kitchen was messy and not particularly attentive. Unlike her husband, who was the opposite: very helpful, attentive and always a step forward in what we needed. A great recognition for him! An important detail to take into account is that there are security cameras with a microphone in the pool area, which can be uncomfortable for those looking for privacy in that area. Overall the experience was good, but these points could improve to make the stay even more enjoyable.

Very, Very, Very nice, although we got lost in getting to the house despite being following the location instructions they sent us, we communicated via phone with the assistant and he was for us to guide us, the experience of our stay was excellent. Thank you for everything.

Communication with the host was direct as well as directions. The house has an excellent location very close to downtown, it was very clean and with everything you need for your stay. The pool was also clean and being temperate, it can be used all day long. The rooms have the right space and furniture to accommodate clothes, the bathrooms also had hot water and were clean. The patio is spacious as is the parking area. Still cunado the description says it's up to 12 people, fits two for each bed (it's 3) and a sofa bed for two more people. I do not allow the living room to be comfortable or to sleep but there is an area for camping. Yes we would come back again without any hesitation.

I appreciate your hospitality. I highly recommend washing this house, everything in order, kitchen, comfort, facilities. Communication was also very good we hope to be able to return.

Good place, I just didn't have hot water the jacuzzi, from there in out Carlos very good attention when arriving home.

The attention is the best, the place is very accessible and two blocks from the center of Malinalco. He didn't hesitate to come back, plus the host is a great person.

The house is very spacious. The garden is huge and an excellent option for your pets and outdoor activities. Very large space for several cars. Inside, there are 4 large rooms and its own bathroom (only one shares a bathroom). You have all amenities available at all times. You are about a 10 minute drive to downtown Malinalco (walking would be about 30 min). Adrian is always on the lookout for his cell phone and available for inquiries. I would just let nearby houses have a lot of dogs and at night there can be times of a lot of noise. It's a very good option for your stay.

The house is beautiful (the photos don't do it justice) and was very clean, the rooms spacious and comes with everything you need to spend a few days of quiet. Excellent communication with Ana Paola. We were greeted by Erendira and Mario who always helped us during the stay. It is a very nice place where you can live with nature and have a good time.

Farrah was attentive to the questions I asked her the whole time, very kind. The house is amazing! Full of amenities and an excellent view. The ladies who came in the morning were very kind, they helped us with the food and cleaning. They further enhanced my experience and facilitated my meeting. I will definitely return to that beautiful place again ♡
