The house is located in Rancho Tecate which is a residential community among vineyards. A country place with all the comforts, within the activities are: cycling, hiking, seeing beautiful landscapes such as the lake or “La Cascada”. The house has a spectacular patio with an oak tree where you can breathe an unparalleled air, a pergola with barbecue, sink and a bar for outdoor dining, a trampoline for children, bicycles and a jacuzzi.

You can enjoy a cozy fireplace in the colder months and the pond and English Garden for the warmer months. You can stroll through the orchards or visit the 2 ponds, vineyard and "The Ruins." If you are here for the harvest, you might be able to assist in apple, pear, or grape harvest from the vineyard.
