We had a great time staying at the condo and enjoyed a short walk to the pool area. It was convininet to have a shopping plaza with restarants, gift shop, coffee shop, and groceries right next to us. It was beautiful condo and clean, the kitchen was missing some basic utelnils and bowls, but we resolved that. If you are a family that cooks and does not go out much, all pots and pans were too small to cook for 6 people, we only had two coffee mugs to share between 3 adults for morning coffee, not a big deal - just plan ahead and get creative. It is not fully stocked kitchen (to our liking) especially for 6 ppl., but I am sure most people would be ok with that if eating out. There was no salt or papper or cooking oil, which is a first for me when renting .The condo was nice and cool, we enjoyed an evening on the balcony too. Overall a great stay and super local to all attractions, trip to Orlando Studios was 10 minutes, and 12 min to the airport, not bad at all! Thanks for hosting us!

Amei o lugar, tudo muito limpo, roupas de cama impecáveis, com certeza voltarei, o Ricardo é ótimo anfitrião e responde rápido as mensagens, a localização é ótima, tem um ponto de ônibus na entrada no condomínio que é super prático pra andar pela Internacional Drive, o atendimento na recepção do condomínio também foi excelente. Só tenho elogios.

Se você está em dúvida sobre onde se hospedar em Orlando, pode ter certeza: essa é uma das melhores opções disponíveis. Eu havia reservado outro lugar, mas cancelei e escolhi essa casa do Bruce — e foi a melhor decisão que poderia ter tomado. A localização é excelente, próxima dos parques e dos outlets, com fácil acesso a tudo. O imóvel é central, espaçoso e acomoda confortavelmente de duas a quatro pessoas. O check-in e o check-out foram tranquilos, sem nenhum contratempo. Pode alugar com total confiança!

Although I do not always take the time to write reviews as I should, this one is worth writing. This was a last minute booking as my previous booking in Orlando was found to be a scam and Frank helped out and made his place available on short notice wirth less than 24 hours until my arrival. This apartment was great, spacious, and comfortable and I would 100% come back and stay here as I am in Orlando very frequently. It is super close to Publix and many restaurants, Lake Eola, and less than 20 minutes drive to Universal and Disney. This is not a complaint as it is prevalent in many AirBnb's but make sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as there was enough for just a couple of days and there is not any cleaning supplies to keep tidy but the Publix is just a few blocks away. Lastly, I actually lost my keys and the apartment FOB in Universal and Frank was so understandable. They were turned in to Lost and Found the next day so everything worked out. Stay here!

If you plan to go to Disney World this is the perfect space to book! It’s very close to the parks and it’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s very clean as well we didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. I will definitely be back here!

Me encanto, es un alojamiento cómodo tenía todo lo necesario para una familia, limpio fácil de llegar al lugar. Cerca de los parques , cerca del aeropuerto y tiene restaurante, tiendas y muchas cosas a las que puedes visitar caminando

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

We stayed only one night and it was very pleasant! The location is perfect! We intend go back for few more days.

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.

Such an amazing place to be at if you’re looking to have the best vacation in Florida! Close to all amusement parks and entertainment and have all the restaurants just next door! The home was very homey and had everything you’d need and was very clean. Andrea was very helpful and responsive and I very much appreciate having a great host. And ooooh we loved the hot tub! This location is hands down my favorite property in the Orlando area. The house was so much better than the pictures and descriptions! We had so many options from the multiple game rooms, the theater, the pool to keep the entire family occupied, we really could have skipped the parks and still had a great vacation. Chris was extremely helpful, sending information and instructions well in advance of check-in. He was very quick to respond to any message I sent. The kids said on the way home that this was their best vacation EVER! They can't wait to stay at this property again when we come back to Orlando.

We loved our stay! We were close to the parks and could come home and enjoy the hot tub after a long day of walking! We came in on a late flight - so it was also nice to be able to check-in late at night and it was super easy. There were lots of places to shop and eat close by. Home was clean and just like the pictures! Mariela gave great instructions and always responded really quickly. :) Would definitely stay here again.

I made some good memories at that place, I'll forever be grateful to you, Stefan for keeping the place so clean, nice, and organised. That's a very peaceful environment to be with family. By the way Stefan, my wife said she'll be back in July. Thank you very much
