Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

We so liked this rental that I wished we had more time to enjoy it and use some of the accommodations it came with. The decorations and furnishings make you feel like you’re at home. They also were quick to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone!

Very home feeling, cool environment

Beautiful, well maintained, clean and thoughtful decor and amenities. Very comfortable beds, linens, looks just like the photos and everything inside plus instructions for getting there is very well thought out. Highly recommend! Host was flexible, responsive, and allowed us an early check in which was a huge bonus for me with work calls.

this was the most perfect Airbnb for us, and we will definitely be back ! The place is gorgeous, we walked in and instantly knew we made the right choice. Great vibes, awesome restaurants and felt private and cozy at the home. Loved the salt water pool! AC units are all outside the bedroom and were kinda annoying- but I had my white noise machine and they weren’t that bad. Felt safe. Comfy space. The water quality is not the greatest but that’s out of the hosts hands. Great for the one night stay we needed it for. Pots and pans could use improvement. Otherwise all good. Hosts were responsive.

This is the best Airbnb experience my family and I have ever had. We plan to rebook next year! It was a last minute accommodation and everything went smoothly. It is literally a hidden gem. I didn't even know there was a pond until I tapped the listing. the beds and blankets were so comfortable. altogether we caught 15 fish! we had an amazing vacation. thank you so much!

Don't doubt this property. it was amazing. It was very clean,easy to find, in a great location, and it was quite. the home felt like my own. I looked and could not find any substantial problems with this home. The 3 bathrooms were great. the air conditioner was cold and hell the hot water was hot. it has a Ice maker with a water spout in the refrigerator that tastes like spring water. it was well work the the money and out host were so nice. I love this place

First off, I want to say Marcia’s home was just like the photos, beautiful and clean. My kids and I loved her home so much, my kids wanted to stay longer and move to Florida. Marcia was a very great host, responds quickly, and understanding. The neighborhood was peaceful, we look forward to staying in your home again Marcia. Thank you again for everything.

It was just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the with our two young daughters. The hostess is fantastic, communicates well and quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a prime location for peace and relaxation. The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There’s Private parking and the apt has umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Host really think about everything! Highly recommend

This was a great stay and I would love to come back soon and everything was great from the easy check in and an easy check out. The area was great.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Great stay! Would come back again. Having the pack and play was ideal . Could walk to beach but prefer to drive.
