Great stay! Loved the house and how we could walk to everything. Loved the welcome amenities for us and our dog.

We had a great trip with our two small kids and dog. It was our first time in Seabrook and we would definitely return to this house. The home features a comparatively large fenced in yard on a quiet street near horses and within walking distance to the outdoor pool, playground and dog park, and gnome trail. We were surprised at how hilly the south side of Seabrook is and how far the house actually was from the shops and beach. Well worth the trade for such a well stocked home in a peaceful location!

We spent a lovely family weekend getaway in April at Seabrook and stayed at the Purple Pelican house. The house was small, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We loved that it was right next to the pool, which was a big hit with our family. The location was perfect—within walking distance to restaurants, the market, and beautiful scenic trails. The beach was absolutely stunning, and we truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. That said, there were a couple of minor issues. One of the chairs was broken, and there wasn’t enough paper towel provided. But overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this place for a peaceful and fun getaway.

The home was perfect. Comfortable rooms for everyone. With the cold nights and chilly mornings, the home always felt warm and cozy. Our family loved their first time experience staying at Seabrook.

This was the perfect stay for a girls trip to the beach. My three daughters are on spring break, so my best girlfriend and I took them to do something a little different. The community has an arcade that they hung out at, yummy little restaurants and an indoor pool for the rainy days. There's even a soccer field for my little soccer player to practice at! We're looking forward to another trip this summer!

Overall our stay was a letdown compared to prior visits to Seabrook. My family has stayed at Seabrook many times and we have always enjoyed our time there. I was disappointed to see that if I’d booked through the Seabrook rentals website my stay would have qualified for the stay two nights get one free night. I felt very mislead that booking through Airbnb was the same as booking directly from Seabrook, especially since Top Shelf is managed by Seabrook. The door lock took many tries before the door would open and when we asked for help from guest services no one showed up for 45 minutes. There was a lot of hair in one of the showers and it looked like housekeeping missed some things that were still dirty in the kitchen. There were several lights that were burned out.

We loved our stay, and the home is in the best spot to see amazing views and close to the beach. The rooms were well-decorated. Easy check-in and check-out. It's a really lovely place, and I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay in Seabrook! This house accommodated 8 people, and we were pleased with the amount of bathrooms, the walkability of the town, and the central location of this home. It was comfortable for our dogs, and we loved the hot tub!

This is a find! We came with our three little kids and were delighted with the amenities in the home (games, baby gate, high chair, pack n play, books, sand toys and more). The short walk to the beach was enjoyable on a grassy private path. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Cute ocean shores home with LOTS of space for a large family or multiple couples/families. WE LOVED THE HOTTUB. We also had deer walking through the yard every day. Wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit but it just means we will have to come back! Rick was also super responsive. Thank you!

We stayed at Jeff and Cathy’s place 4 days and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We felt right at home. The area was very peaceful, every morning we woke up at 7am to see the deer roaming right in front of our doors. Jeff left great recommendations for things to do in the area.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Even though the weather didn’t cooperate for long walks on the beach, the cozy living room and fireplace made for a perfect rainy indoor reading day. Michael was extremely helpful and communicative and offered great tips and recommendations. The house was very private, immaculate and the fenced backyard was perfect for keeping our dogs safe - we would definitely love to come back!

Another relaxing stay at the Hobbit House! This is my 5th stay with my dogs. We keep coming back because it is a nice simple place with great access to an excellent beach. We do one beach walk in the morning and often one in the afternoon too. This trip we saw a total of two people on the beach! In between, we usually just hang out at the Hobbit House. It is a small, simple, place with a nice fenced area with a deck and some grass. Breakfast at the Blue Buoy is required as is a trip to Blackbeard Brewery for pizza and a refill of the growler provided at the Hobbit House. That is pretty much all I know about Westport in 5 trips! I did try Casa Limon Mexican restaurant this time. It was worth another visit.

Great place a couple minutes walk from the beach. The house was cozy and deceptively roomy. The beds were comfy and watching the stars in the hot tub was a perfect finish to a fun day.

Nice place for rod run. Just out of town but right on main street. Perfect for what we wanted. Little older place maybe some would say dated but its a beach house.

We loved this spot, especially since we have two dogs! There was space for them to roam without worrying about neighbors and we could relax in the hot tub while they did :) we also received quick replies when needed.

Very open and beautiful place! Loved the huge back yard and it seemed like she had everything in her home to help out with any tasks at hand including hair ties, tooth brushes, umbrella, lights, batteries etc. Definitely would book again! Brandy was very friendly and accommodating which made booking and staying very at ease with little to no stress!

Perfect place for a multigenerational family getaway--there was something for every age to enjoy.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The lot is so beautiful and private with lots of little squirrels, chipmunks and deer roaming through the yard. We felt right at home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Airbnb with a friendly, responsive host! The house is in a peaceful, beautiful location and was spotlessly clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Our group of 8 plus a baby had an incredible stay—we loved the kayaks, amazing gas grill, fun games, hot tub, and theater room. The dream kitchen, comfy beds, large great room with a cozy fireplace, and the huge dining table made it perfect for relaxing and spending time together. It’s honestly the kind of place where you hope it rains, just so you have an excuse to stay in and enjoy it all. Definitely one of our all-time favorites—can’t wait to come back!
