Perched on a hill, private, beautiful live-work art space overlooking the Columbia River with views to the sea. Airy, open, loft w. 2 bedroom suites. Studio, laundry, decks, yard/deck below house, 4 blocks to downtown & river. 33 steps up to the house from the street! Two night minimum. Cat is on premises. Capt Johnson House; history with river views

Enter with your passcode and you'll be welcomed by the parlor’s 10-foot ceilings. Your river view, two-bedroom suite, shower/bath and laundry are up the stairs. This landmark home was built in 1875 and is named for Captain Eric Johnson, a Swedish immigrant and riverboat pilot. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini fridge, hot pot and coffee maker. Owner lives onsite per city requirements though there are no shared spaces. Astoria Homestay Lodging: 21-03.
