Beach house holiday rentals in Ocean Lakes

We liked our stay and will be back again to stay at denis's place it was close to the beach and he was very easy going and gave us all the info we needed to get in the unit and easy checkout instructions when we left we enjoyed out time at the beach this trip !

We came to town on a girls beach trip and this stay was perfect!! The location is amazing, and we felt very safe and comfortable here. The house has all of the basics you’d need. And extra beach towels!! Overall - we will absolutely be back and had a great stay. Karl was a 10/10 host, he was great at checking in to make sure we were comfy and always responded quickly!!

Barrett was a great host and the property was as described. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check-in was smooth. Location was wonderful - a block back from the beach a quick walk or drive to the pier. I would highly recommend adding the golf cart - we loved exploring the area in it and it was a big hit with the kids! I reached out a few times before the trip and Barrett and his team were very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests/questions. The pool was smaller than we expected, but it worked for our young children. There were also no toiletries provided, but I may have missed that in the property description. Overall we had a great experience and I would stay here again. Thanks Barrett!

This was our first family beach vacation and staying at the Lucky Duck made it spectacular! We loved being just steps from the beach and being able to walk to restaurants and the pier! The private shaded pool was very well kept and the lounge chairs were perfect! We loved that each room had its own bathroom, and the balcony off the two rooms was a plus! I cannot recommend this place enough!! We look forward to staying at Lucky Duck again!

We really enjoyed Carissa's place. The canal access, hot tub, hammocks/swings, and pleasant space were fantastic. Cherry Grove is a great part of Myrtle where you can still do fun things and get some peace. Garland

Our stay at the rental home was amazing. The beach was simply steps away. The owners provided all beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cooler & a beach wagon so it was very easy to pack up our gear & go every day. All beach towels were also included. We loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our fur babies. The pool was also amazing. We could not be any happier with the total experience of renting this house. All instructions were clearly communicated in a very timely manner, & any correspondence with the owner was always answered very quickly. The house was very spacious. We had a total of 11 people & 3 dogs for our week long stay & with four bedrooms everyone was more than comfortable. There were also three full bathrooms, which was great & accommodated everyone to shower & get ready on a daily basis. The kitchen was well stocked with plates & silverware along with pots & pans, & it was very nice to see a ton games throughout the house for adults and children to play

Beautiful house in the perfect location. We had everything we could possibly need in one spot. Beach is steps away from the house. The pool and hot tub are wonderful options when you don't want the beach. Lots to do inside for rainy days. Kids loved the xbox. Fully stocked kitchen for family meals. Beds are great! Plenty of room to spread out. Amber is a fantastic host! Hope to be back next year. Best vacation ever!

Superb location in walking distance to beautiful Myrtle Beach. Cottage was clean with plenty of space for 2 couples. Nice backyard patio in a quiet community. Upgrades should be done on grill and beach chairs, which were discussed with owner and he acknowledged. Victor is a pleasure to do business with. Issue with the AC was quickly resolved, along with any questions or concerns. Overall, a fabulous rental!

Our stay was great it is in the perfect location and easy walking distance to anywhere in the campground.

Nathan was great. Incredibly responsive and a wonderful host. The Kiefer’s home was even more beautiful in person and had more space than we expected. Instructions were clear, and the home was well maintained. It was a pleasure staying at their home for a week and a blessing to our family to enjoy time together at the beach. The place was easily one of the coolest we’ve stayed at since switching to Airbnb for our business trips! Well worth the price and Paul is a great host to communicate with.

I’ve stayed in Ocean Lakes for years and this is one of my favorite houses I’ve book through Airbnb for our yearly trip. The house was even better than described. Perfect for our family and the garage was stocked with beach toys chairs and a cooler. I didn’t need to bring anything. The outdoor spaces were more than I could hope for. Perfect for entertaining and having a nice grilled dinner at home on the nights going out isn’t preffered. Hanging outside after a long day at the beach there was plenty of seating for everyone, we really enjoyed the hammock and swinging chairs. Parking is ample at Christi’s which isn’t always the case at OL, which is also covered for those rainy days which is a huge plus. The inside is beautifully decorated, without being cluttered. Plenty of space to unpack all your belongings so you feel right at home. Every room had a TV which is nice when going down for the night. Beds are super comfy, good towels and it was spotless! 1000/10 recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Denise’s house in Ocean Lakes. The house was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and tidy. The front porch was absolutely awesome. It was so relaxing. The location is great. There was plenty of room for parking our 2 vehicles and a golf cart. 11:00 check out was great as it gave us extra time and we didn’t feel rushed. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Sai was a lovely host & we greatly enjoyed our stay! Very quick walk to the beach & enjoyed time by the pool. Quick and easy access to things like restaurants, gas stations, & places to get groceries! We had a lovely time & Sai responded very quickly our any questions we had.

We love Ocean Lakes, and Lauren’s place was such a great stay for our time there. The beds were comfortable and the big wrap around porch was great for having coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening. Would recommend!

Everything we needed was right there—from beach chairs and towels to thoughtful little extras that made us feel truly welcome. Mary was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay, and it showed in every detail. Being just steps from the beach made every morning and evening feel magical. Whether we were lounging on the sand or enjoying a quiet coffee with the waves in the background, it was pure perfection. We can’t wait to come back. We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surfside Beach, SC! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had a peaceful, welcoming vibe. The breeze and ocean views were amazing, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our dog. The home was exactly as listed, with cozy linens, plenty of dish/laundry soap, and great amenities. We were there during the King Tide—no flooding and a cool experience. Minor note: a broom and ice would’ve been nice, but easy to manage. GPS may route you to a nearby public lot across the canal; future guests might appreciate delivery instructions in the welcome info. Overall, a fantastic, pet-friendly spot that we highly recommend. We’d gladly return!

We had a soccer tournament at Market Commons and we ultimately had 4 families stay there (13 people). It was awesome for the kiddos and parents. It was just as advertised and very clean. Very cool community there too. Hosts were great communicators. Would stay again.

This place was very cute and cozy. It was actually clean despite them allowing pets which was appreciated. They supplied beach chairs we could use which was nice. It’s just a short drive to the beach or anything else.
