We will definitely be back! We loved the house! The pool was perfect size and the perfect cool down after the beach! Spacious outdoor shower which is a family favorite. Easy walk to the beach as she said and she thought of everything! Every toy , float, beach item was there to borrow. Bathroom was very clean, towels and linens supplied made packing easy. We felt at home❤️.

We absolutely love Alma house!! This is our second year staying here and it never disappoints. We even saw our deer again this year. The place has something for everyone. We brought the boat this year due to the abundance of parking and it just added an additional layer of fun for the whole family. Alma House feels like home away from home to us. The beach is our happy place but we absolutely love the story of Alma House and Indra is a fantastic host. We wouldn’t change a thing!! See ya next year OIB!!

My family all loved Charlie’s house! It was a great layout for adults chatting around the kitchen bar while kids had room to play. Kitchen was well equipped and furniture was comfortable. Having the linens in plastic wrap was a nice touch and felt very clean and safe. The beach was really nice in front of the house. Climbing over the dunes gave us a good workout, but also gave us privacy from beach walkers, etc. Hoping to rent here again!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Carolina Views! We loved everything about the house, but the views from the back deck were breathtaking! We saw such beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus plenty of wildlife (deer, birds, etc.) There were 10 of us and we had more than enough room for additional people. The house was very clean with lots of thoughtful details. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. We took full advantage of the pool as well! The private beach access was a very short walk and never crowded! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! We would absolutely recommend Carolina Views to anyone looking for a beautiful house with amazing views!

This is a wonderful home for your beach vacation! The house was extremely clean, very well decorated, and matched the photos. We enjoyed the views of the ocean and short walk to the beach access. The marsh views are also beautiful and the back deck over looking the marsh was so peaceful. We really loved the beach equipment and beach cart that was available for guests to use.

The hosts equipped the kitchen with everything you could possibly need, the bath towels were plentiful, the games & puzzle cabinet packed full, and plenty of comfortable casual seating for a large group both inside and out. Roku TV loaded with the most common streaming service apps so bring your sign ins and passwords since there is no antenna/over-the-air network channels. Nothing as nice as being able to walk a direct path from the deck to the beach via the home’s private wooden walkway over the dune.

This place is the epitome of peace. Highly recommend this property for so many reasons - great location right off main highway, beautiful view with steps to the beach, nice accomodations with thoughtful touches and best of all, very sweet and helpful hosts, Robert and Emeric. Would love to return and stay longer.

Had a great time and appreciated that the kitchen was truly supplied as a full kitchen so we could cook like we were at home. Chad was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

My family was visiting for a wedding and we all arrived from different locations. Kristin was very accommodating with our early arrival - it was nice to have somewhere to go as soon as we arrived. She was responsive and answered all of our needs right away. Upon my research in Ocean Aisle, I learned it was uncommon for rentals outside of airbnb to include linens. This home includes linens folded on each bed upon arrival. You have to put them on, but very nice they are included.

Just as described. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and pool access. The house layout was perfect for our needs.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this rental. We have stayed on the other side of the island in the past and loved this location as it was very peaceful and never too crowded. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second visit in this beautiful house. Everything you need for small kids and the island is one of our favorite places! Great hosts! Great house! We will be back.

Loads of amenities at Todd's place. It's so nice to have chairs, bikes, etc...already there plus the walk to the beach takes only minutes. We enjoyed the pool and lounging in the hammock. We didn't cook much but the kitchen was well equipped!

Teresa is an impeccable host. We absolutely loved her place. She has clearly put so much thought and care into every detail of her Airbnb. It has everything you need and more! It was spotless and we felt comfortable. We loved that her place felt like a home and not just another rental property. This was my mother's first outing since being diagnosed with cancer last year, and it was exactly what our family needed as a small getaway (we wished we could have stayed longer!). It was a short walking distance from the beach. The elevator was great since our mother doesn't have a lot of strength to climb a large number of stairs. We hope to come back again!

My group stayed at David’s property for a long weekend to enjoy some of the local golf courses. The property was accolades us perfectly - large group spaces, multiple decks to enjoy the sun, and a great backyard pool area with a tiki bar and hot tub. David was extremely helpful and responsive, from recommending some of the relevant golf courses for us to play to giving us an early check in time. Couldn’t recommend him or his property enough! Great stay, thank you David!

Our extended family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Papa’s Porch 2.0. The house was excellent—clean, extremely well appointed and thoughtfully designed throughout. It was a great base for our crew to explore the island and ping pong around to wedding related events. Also, a perfect spot to relax together (or separately) at the end of the day. Truly a special place. R.J. was a tremendous host. Super responsive, accommodating and just a pleasure to deal with all-around. Total pro. I hope we’ll have a chance to return to this property at some point. Absolutely one of the best options in the area.

We stayed at Lynn’s house in OIB for a family vacation. The home is one of the nicest we have stayed at in this price range. Everything was very clean and as pictured. The boys loved fishing on the dock in the mornings and evenings. I especially appreciated all of the amenities for infants/toddlers. We needed to touch base with Lynn about a couple of things during our stay and she was always very responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Nice small place that backs up to the waterway, great if you have kayaks. it’s only a short walk to 2 beach access points so it’s easy to get to the beach.

Beautiful, cozy home. Great location! All the comforts of home. Very clean. Josie’s communication was so clear there was no need to contact her. Fantastic experience- hope to come back! :)

Carrie was very clear in her instructions of how to check -in and check-out. The Ca-Sea-Ta was a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Carrie has set this place up so you feel like you're at home. It is a very relaxing place to stay. It is a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was such a refreshing and lovely place to get all the sand off before going into the spacious apartment. They had all the beach items you'll need. It was great to have a washer/dryer so we could come home with clean clothes.(I hate coming home from vacation to have to do laundry!) The Ca-Sea-Ta was the perfect get away!

We contacted Kelly prior to booking to make sure it met all the requirements of the people staying with us, and we were glad that it did. Kelly was very responsive from prior to booking all the way through checkout! It was nice to bring our dog and have a large crate, dog toys, and food bowls already at the house for our dog to use. The bed in the room that I used (upstairs king bed) was so comfortable, and my kids really enjoyed the game closet and books available at the house. The house is about 7 houses away from the beach access (4-5 minute walk). It was an easy walk and the cart with large wheels at the house made it really easy to get to the beach each day. The pier is also really nice, and it is just 4 or so houses away. My kids and dad enjoyed fishing a couple of days while we were there. Overall, the house is a great location, and we really enjoyed our visit to Holden Beach.

The location was perfect for beach access. The front and back decks were awesome with different vibes. The sunporch was perfect for cool mornings. This is a definite do over—we can’t wait to come back.

Our family has gone to Oak Island every year around Memorial Day for the last 6 years and we've always been looking for a spot that we can return to every year. Nothing has been quite right. Until we stayed here. This spot has everything we love. Right on the beach with easy access. Great layout with big beautiful windows. Something fun for the boys to play (air hockey). Really comfy beds. Very clean. Walking distance to all our favorite restaurants. It was great. We will definitely be back!

Jean’s Conch Cottage was a fantastic place for our family vacation! Bedrooms were spacious, entire place was squeaky clean, great location (only 2 blocks from the beach) and overall fantastic communication and recommendations from Jean. Amenities worked well and basic cleaning supplies were provided which helped keep everything clean. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend for any group or family looking for a great spot near the beach!
